THE man arrested on suspicion of murdering Conservative MP Sir David Amess has been named locally as Ali Harbi Ali.
The longstanding Conservative MP was stabbed at least17times while he held a weekly surgery with constituents in a Methodist church in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex yesterday.
