Its a trap
Read through this NATO report and realize that even the white hats have a control plan for the population. Maybe their plan requires vaccines too. If the Brain is the new warfare domain, then the starting assumption of any plan is that our enemies have already made advancements into the domain, thus the ability to control our population. Therefore we must exert our own control. There can be no human freedom, because that would be a vulnerability.
I don't like where any of this goes, anymore. We are walking right into the Mark of the beast.
Because we are following a redpill narrative that only reveals part of the plan. It is filling our brains with mush, getting us to not act on our base instincts.
