Pretty sure Smith went to the school after the incident with his daughter and told them about.

Police told school not to talk because of ongoing investigation. Smith was told by his attorney not to talk or it may jeopardize investigation, according to a report I've read.

In the meantime SB decides to take up a transgender (or whatever) policy wrt use of any bathroom that aligns with their chosen pronoun.

Smith does a WTF (like who wouldn't) at the SB meeting about the transgender policy and gets dragged out by the cops. Someone at the school had to know there was a transgender incident being investigated, because Smith told them about it, but they evidently shut up and allowed the rule to go through and pass.

The prudent tactic, IMO, would have been for the school person who knew of the investigation to advise the superintendent to table the transgender proposal until the investigation ended.

So strip away all the bullshit and we have both the school and Smith knowing about a hushed up transgender incident while the school district is trying to pass a liberal transgender policy. Smith WTF's that, gets dragged out and has a video of it go viral, to boot.

Hope the fuck he takes them all to the cleaners.

Anyway, thinking about this shit and wondering, Can the pronoun change day to day? You know, depending on the mood? Does the teacher have to ask each student which gender they are today, just to make sure not to run afoul of any law.
