Does anyone else remember, I don't know, maybe 10-ish years ago, there was a "trend" where kids were posting on Twitter/Vine complaints about how shitty their parents are because they didn't buy the correct iPhone or iPad or whatever? They would literally post their mental breakdowns about how horrible their lives were & how evil their parents are because they didn't get exactly what they wanted for Christmas.

I can't be the only one that remembers that. It was pretty bad too.

Maybe it started out that way, but it eventually turned into people calling out the shitty kids for being shitty.

Now that I think about it, it either was a full on "Social Experiment" or was the inspiration for future "Social Experiments" that they have been using today.

A lot of smaller, quieter Censorships started happening after all of that too. Or test runs for it. Fuck, I think Gamer Gate was shortly after. I bet those kids grew into the GG/Tumblr/purple-hair whales cunts
