President Trump ordered the DOJ to declass all of the intelligence documents from the corrupt and criminal investigation referred to as Obamagate or Russiagate. These documents are yet to be released.

At the end of President Trump’s first term, he ordered the declassification of all intelligence documents from the corrupt investigations originating from Hillary Clinton that hounded and harassed the President during his entire term. Americans deserved to see all involved and all the criminal actions that were taken by the intelligence community in their attempted coup of President Trump.

However, to date, the DOJ has ignored President Trump’s order. The Barr DOJ and the Garland DOJ have ignored President Trump’s order.

Two top Republican senators are demanding answers from Attorney General Merrick Garland because the Justice Department has failed to release anything in the “binder” of Crossfire Hurricane documents that former President Donald Trump ordered declassified during his last day in office.

The memo from Trump said he had “determined that the materials in that binder should be declassified to the maximum extent possible.” The FBI said in mid-January that the bureau had “identified the passages that it believed it was most crucial to keep from public disclosure.”

Trump said he would “accept the redactions proposed for continued classification by the FBI” and ordered the rest of the documents to be declassified and made available by the Justice Department.

Sens. Chuck Grassley and Ron Johnson said this week they are “seeking full transparency” on the steps Garland has taken to declassify the records, charging that the Justice Department has “has made no apparent progress toward transparency and has rebuffed numerous inquiries from members of Congress on the matter.”

Israel Demanding Answers After Biden Quietly Removed Sanctions On Iranian Missile Companies

Pro-Israeli lobbying and advocacy groups are seeking answers from the Biden administration over why it removed two Iranian firms believed linked to Iran's ballistic missile program from the US sanctions blacklist earlier this month.

The US Treasury Department had quietly and without explanation dropped sanctions on Mammut Industrial Group, and its subsidiary Mammut Diesel Company. Both had been targeted by the prior Trump administration's "maximum pressure" campaign.

In September 2020 under the guidance of the Trump White House, the US Treasury had identified the Iranian companies as "key producers and suppliers of military-grade, dual-use goods for Iran’s missile programs," and further described as "Iran’s primary developer of liquid propelled missiles."

These and other companies have hired law firms in the US to fight to be removed from the blacklist, with the two in question being successful in this case.

At the time of the delisting over a week ago, reporters suggested it must be related to stalled nuclear deal negotiations in Vienna, which the US Treasury quickly denied, saying the delisting does "not reflect any change in U.S. government sanctions policy towards Iran. They have nothing to do with JCPOA negotiation efforts. The United States will continue to counter Iran’s destabilizing activities, including through implementation of our sanctions."

However, the advocacy group United Against Nuclear Iran days ago issued a statement expressing outrage, questioning the delisting under Biden and demanding an explanation:

"The delisting follows the July 2021 lifting of sanctions on three Iranians who were major shareholders and executives of the Mammut Industrial Group," United Against Nuclear Iran said in a statement.

"The Biden Administration has thus far not been forthcoming on the reasons behind the lifting of these sanctions, and it has not confirmed that the delisted individuals and entities have verifiably ceased their sanctionable behavior," the advocacy group said. "At the same time, the administration denied that its actions are indicative of a broader shift in Iran sanctions policy or are in any way linked to inducements to bring Tehran back to stalled nuclear negotiations."

Additionally the lobby group said that relaxing pressure on the Islamic Republic will only serve to "signal to the Iranian regime that it can extract concessions from the U.S. through its intransigence," it said.

The move further stirred outrage in Israeli media, even though the delisting wasn't widely reported in the US.

Buttigieg Says Higher Prices and Supply Chain Crisis “Will Continue Into Next Year”

Small town mayor-turned-Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg on Sunday said higher prices and supply chain woes will continue into next year.

Buttigieg has been on extended paid paternity leave since August, his office revealed Thursday night to Politico, finally answering the question of “Where is Mayor Pete?” that has been being asked as the nation is in a supply chain crisis.

A Buttigieg spokesman told Politico that while he is doing some work, Buttigieg intends to “continue to take some time over the coming weeks to support his husband and take care of his new children.”

Buttigieg took some time away from his paternity leave Sunday to answer a few questions about the supply chain crunch on CNN’s “State of the Union.”

Buttigieg told host Jake Tapper that higher prices and supply chain troubles are here to stay for the foreseeable future.

“A lot of the challenges we’ve been experiencing this year will continue into next year,” Buttigieg said.

A new documentary “Fauci” from National Geographic lionizing political commentator and Biden regime medical advisor Anthony Fauci opened to an abysmal reception from viewers on the Internet Movie Database (IMDB). The initial reviews gave the puff piece a 2 out of 10 rating on the Amazon-owned website.

That’s when the IMBD website stepped in and artificially altered the ratings for the film. The website now shows the film scoring a 5.8 rating. This is just the latest example of how the elites are constantly lying to you.

The movie is also panned on YouTube.

“Fauci,” from NatGeo and Magnolia Pictures, hit select theaters Sept. 10 before getting a Disney+ release earlier this month. The documentary lets disparate figures like President George W. Bush, U2’s Bono and Bill Gates praise the infectious disease specialist.

The studios failed to make the documentary’s box office figures available to film industry sites or JustTheNews.com. The vast majority of studios, large and small, routinely share that data, as NatGeo and Magnolia have done on previous releases.

Movie fans then noticed RottenTomatoes.com, arguably the biggest review aggregator site on the web, didn’t initially feature any “audience” reviews of the film.

Mainstream film critics saluted “Fauci,” although most admitted the film served up a hagiography of the 80-year-old bureaucrat. Once audiences started weighing in on the film at Rotten Tomatoes, though, the results were withering. Professional critics gave “Fauci” a 92% “fresh” score, while audiences gave it just a 2% — or “rotten” — rating.

A similar pattern emerged at IMDB.com, a major film and TV reference destination. “Fauci’s” audience rating, on a scale from 1-10, hovered around 1.8. This week, however, the site altered its review algorithm. Now, the audience review tally is a more robust 5.8.

A quick glimpse at the review breakdown, provided by the site, shows the overwhelming number of audience critics gave the film a one-star rating.

Loudoun County Superintendent Appears To Admit District Violated State Law By Not Reporting Sexual Assault

The superintendent of a Virginia school district on Friday appeared to admit the district violated state law in failing to properly report alleged sexual assaults, as a state official confirmed the matter is under review.

Loudoun County Public Schools Superintendent Scott Ziegler made the admission during a brief appearance before reporters, where he read a prepared statement and took no questions.

Ziegler said that the district made “errors in our state reporting regarding disciplinary incidents in schools,” adding that it “inadvertently omitted some information in the past.”

“That is extremely concerning, and we are taking steps to make sure that process is improved. I will say that I have no reason to believe at this time that any missing reports were due to an intent to hide any information from the Virginia Department of Education,” he said, blaming an alleged “lack of oversight” that was in place before he was appointed in June, even though he served as interim superintendent starting Jan. 1.

Ziegler appeared to be responding to a report by The Daily Wire that the district failed to record multiple instances of alleged sexual assault even though it’s required to by state law.

Ziegler said during a school board meeting on June 22 that he was unaware of any record of assaults happening in the district’s restrooms, nearly a month after a girl was allegedly raped by a male in a bathroom at Stone Bridge High School.

State law says that reports “shall be made” to school and district authorities regarding all assaults on school buses, on school grounds, or at a school-sponsored activity.

The president and first lady dined at the Michelin-starred Fiola Mare restaurant on Saturday night. The extravagant restaurant's cuisine is "inspired by Italy's coastlines and the bounty of its most pristine seafood." The restaurant sells an ounce of Royal Oscietra caviar for $250.

Photos and videos show Biden not wearing a mask while walking through the restaurant.

There has been a mask mandate in effect in Washington, D.C. since July 31.

This guidance presents recommendations that the general public should follow for wearing face masks (or cloth face coverings) to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, and it also provides the rules that must be followed for masking indoors, even for fully vaccinated persons.

This includes any business or establishment open to members of the public (including but not limited to: grocery stores, restaurants and bars (when not eating or drinking), places of worship, gyms, office buildings, libraries, indoor entertainment venues.

Amazon Caught Throwing Away Tons of Unexpired Food as US Faces Unprecedented Food Insecurity

Food insecurity in the Land of the Free is at a historical high. Thanks to the fed printing trillions to pay for their irresponsible and economically devastating lockdown policies, food costs have gone through the roof, supply chains are disrupted, there are fewer workers, and the impact is empty shelves. According to a report in Bloomberg, some of the countries largest food distributors are reporting difficulties in fulfilling orders.

Naturally, if the retail food supply is in a rut, the food banks and charities reflect this. The U.S. Census Bureau reported in March that as many as 9 million children live in a household where they don’t eat enough because the parents can’t afford it. And now, those who are able to donate, can’t due to shortages in the supply chain.

One company, however, isn’t reporting any shortages and, according to a shocking account, has an excess so large, they are throwing thousands of pounds of food away every single day.

An anonymous whistleblower from inside Amazon has exposed a practice by the delivery giant that removes any claims of Amazon running an efficient and sustainable ship. This person claims to be an employee inside an Amazon warehouse and has provided photographs of thousands of food items being destroyed on a daily basis — with the expiration dates days or weeks away.

The images were uploaded to a Reddit board by a person who claims to work inside an Amazon warehouse. The OP originally claimed that this was happening in all Amazon warehouses, claiming he had talked to other employees, but changed the post so he wouldn’t be sued by Amazon if, in fact, it wasn’t all warehouses.

According to the OP, “these food items are being scanned out as “exp-removal-donate” and being trashed at my facility. These items are on the same list as our daily donations lists we have. Canned, boxed, toiletry and other are donated accordingly but refrigerated and frozen are not at my facility at least.”

Unfortunately, these items are not making it to the donations area and instead are being destroyed on site. When asked why the food is being destroyed, the OP responded:

This food is days or weeks away from the labeled best-by or sell by date on the packaging. New product is constantly coming in and room has to be made daily for such.

But Gab is not bowing to the pressure from Mitchell, who was banned from Twitter. Mitchell has recently stated that “I am literally the hottest account on Gab for the past few days because so many are so anxious to defend racism” and “Torba is just going to have to live with me all day every day. I am on a mission to stamp out white supremacy in our party.”

At press time, Mitchell has been un-verified by the platform after waffling back and forth on whether he wanted to delete his own account.

Pentagon Faces Class Action Lawsuit Over Vaccine Mandates on Military, Federal Employees and Contractors

Service members from all five branches of the military, federal employees, and federal civilian contractors have joined in a class action lawsuit against the Department of Defense over its COVID-19 vaccine mandates.

The 24 plaintiffs “face a deadline under the Federal COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate to receive a COVID-19 vaccine that violates their sincerely held religious beliefs, and have been refused any religious exemption or accommodation,” according to Liberty Counsel, the Christian legal firm that filed the lawsuit.

The lawsuit (pdf), filed in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, lists President Joe Biden, Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, and Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas as defendants.

Plaintiffs are asking the court to issue a temporary restraining order (pdf) to prevent the COVID-19 vaccine mandates from taking effect, and ultimately issue an injunction to prevent the Pentagon from enforcing the Biden administration’s COVID-19 vaccine mandates.

Biden on Sept. 9 issued an executive order requiring almost all federal employees to get a COVID-19 vaccine as a condition of employment. Regular testing is not an option. Civilian federal employees and contractors have until Nov. 22 to be fully vaccinated.

Austin issued a memorandum on Aug. 24 saying that all military service members must receive a COVID-19 vaccine, after which all the branches of the military announced various deadlines for its troops to be fully vaccinated, regardless of whether they had previously survived a bout of COVID-19, and threatening suspensions or other disciplinary actions if service members don’t have a pending exemption request or fail to comply.

Anchor Martha Raddatz said, “Dr. Fauci, we know the best way to keep safe is to be vaccinated. But what are your guidelines for the upcoming holidays? Will you be giving out Halloween candy? What do we do with Thanksgiving and Christmas and other holidays?”

Ranchers Across The Country Raise Over $300 Million To Build Beef Plant In Effort To Compete With Industry Power

Ranchers from across the country have raised over $300 million to build a slaughterhouse in Nebraska, Fox News reported.

Construction on the new Sustainable Beef slaughterhouse will start this fall on 400 acres of land in Nebraska, according to Fox News.

Rusty Kemp, a Nebraska rancher, launched an effort to build a sustainable beef plant because the price of cattle, despite the rising cost of meat, continue to decline, Fox reported.

Profits in the beef market have increased steadily since 2016 but the share of every dollar spent on food that goes to ranchers has gone from 35 cents in the 1970s to 14 cents recently, according to Fox News.

“We’ve been complaining about it for 30 years,” Kemp said, reported Fox. “It’s probably time somebody does something about it.”

Politician’s Suspected Killer Named Ali Harbi Ali, Father Worked for Somali Govt: Reports

Sir David Amess MP’s suspected killer has been named as Ali Harbi Ali by Whitehall officials speaking to the press, who say they have identified him as the son of a man who worked for Somalia’s government.

Harbi Ali Kullane, described as “a former adviser to the prime minister of Somalia” by The Sunday Times, told that newspaper at his sister’s London home that news of his son’s arrest following Sir David’s killing had “traumatised” him.

Police are yet to officially confirm the suspect’s reported migration background, with news outlets including the state-backed BBC variously describing him as being of “Somali heritage”, “Somali origin”, or “Somali descent”, citing government and security sources.

Efforts by Breitbart London to clarify whether the suspect is a Somali migrant granted British citizenship, a British-born dual national, or an exclusive British citizen from a Somali family with the police have so far been unsuccessful, with Essex Police referring questions to the Metropolitan Police and the Metropolitan Police refusing to elaborate on their description of the suspect as simply “A 25-year-old British man” at this time.

The Sunday Times claims that the suspect was born in the United Kingdom, but it is not clear how they verified this.

The Metropolitan Police have confirmed that their suspect, who has been arrested but not yet charged, has been transferred to London and his detention extended by the grant of a warrant under section 41 of the Terrorism Act 2000.

This warrant will stand until Friday, 22nd October, allowing officers to hold the suspect without charge for longer than would usually be permitted while their investigation continues.

Previously, they have indicated that “a potential motivation linked to Islamist extremism” is suspected.

The BBC claims that Ali, as they have identified him, “was referred to the counter-terrorist Prevent scheme some years ago, but was never a formal subject of interest to MI5” — Britain’s domestic intelligence agency.

They added that it is “thought Mr Ali did not spend long in the Prevent programme”, to which people suspected of radical tendencies can be referred by concerned members of the public.

Docs Show Fetal Organ Trafficking Horrors

FDA Bought Fetal Organs, Heads and Tissue for ‘Humanized Mice’ Project

Judicial Watch has uncovered more documents detailing the evil activities of your federal government – the trafficking of the remains of unborn human beings killed by abortion.

We received another 198 pages of records and communications from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) involving “humanized mice” research with human fetal heads, organs and tissue, including communications and contracts with human fetal tissue provider Advanced Bioscience Resources (ABR).

Most of the records are communications and related attachments between Perrin Larton, a procurement manager for ABR, and research veterinary medical officer Dr. Kristina Howard of the FDA.

We received the records through a March 2019 FOIA lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, of which the FDA is a part (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department Health and Human Services (No. 1:19-cv-00876)).

Our lawsuit asks for all contracts and related documentation on disbursement of funds, procedural documents and communications between FDA and ABR for the provision of human fetal tissue to be used in humanized mice research. After we successfully opposed the FDA’s redaction of certain information from its records, a federal court ordered HHS to release additional information about its purchases of organs harvested from aborted human fetuses – including “line item prices,” or the price per organ the government paid to ABR. The court also found “there is reason to question” whether the transactions violate federal law barring the sale of fetal organs. Documents previously uncovered in this lawsuit show that the federal government demanded the purchased fetal organs be “fresh and never frozen.”)

The records include an FDA generated contract with ABR, based on a “requisition” it issued on July 27, 2012, for $12,000 worth of “tissue procurement for humanized mice,” which indicates the requisition was for a “non-competitive award.” Although the initial award was for $12,000, the total estimated amount of funds allocated for the requisition was $60,000. Under “Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition,” the FDA writes:

Scientists within the FDA and in the larger field of humanized mouse research have searched extensively over the past several years, and ABR is the only company in the U.S. capable of supplying tissues suitable for HM research. No other company or organization is capable of fulfilling the need.

America’s Descent into Medical Fascism

I debated whether to include “medical” in this headline. After all, fascism is fascism, right? It hardly requires a modifier.

Moreover, fascism and the medical profession share a long and sordid history. During the 1930s, German doctors joined the Nazi party at four times the rate of other professionals. Among the Nazis’ most heinous crimes against humanity were their medical experiments on human subjects—atrocities that gave rise to the Nuremberg Code, which states that “the voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential.”

From that international treaty comes our modern notion of “informed consent”—something we’re now ignoring in our push to force-vaccinate everyone regardless of age, health status, prior immunity, or conscience. But I digress.

In a sense, then, the term “medical fascism” is redundant. Nevertheless, I thought it might be helpful to identify the purported rationale for today’s attempted fascist takeover: We must surrender our freedom, we are told, for the good of society, to “combat the virus.”

Our oppressors don’t even bother denying it. They simply frame their tyranny as a matter of “public health.” That none of the draconian, liberty-crushing measures foisted upon us have been effective in “combatting the virus” doesn’t enter into the conversation. We must simply do as we’re told, or else.

This is not, as some on the right have argued, communism or socialism. It is straightforward fascism. That’s easily seen when we compare what’s going on in the US today with what was happening in Germany in the 1930s.

Virulent authoritarianism. One of the scariest things about European Fascism is the speed at which it came to dominate everyday life. Within a few years, you were either all in for “the State” or you were its enemy.

A similar dynamic has emerged in the United States. First, there were “two weeks to flatten the curve.” Then we had more lockdowns, closing small businesses and shuttering churches, followed by additional unconstitutional mandates.

Now we have an Attorney General, at the behest of the President, labelling parents “domestic terrorists” for daring to stand up against corrupt schoolboards. Citizens are encouraged to be “good Germans” and inform on each other; the FBI, like plainclothes Gestapo, is to be the enforcement arm.

Just as it was in 1930s Germany, the message is clear: Shut up and comply, or we will destroy you.

The Nexus of Big Government and Big Business. A key marker of fascism, as opposed to communism or socialism, is the unholy alliance of public and private sectors. Unlike its ideological cousins, fascism leaves production ostensibly to private industrialists—as long as they help the government further its oppressive agenda. The reward, for them, is great wealth plus a seat at the table of power.

Angered activists storm out of meeting with Biden administration: 'Reached a turning point'

Immigration activists stormed out of a meeting with top Biden administration officials on Saturday, apparently upset that President Joe Biden is breaking yet another campaign promise.

What is the background?

During his campaign, Biden promised to end former President Donald Trump's "remain in Mexico policy," which is officially known as Migrant Protection Protocols. Trump created the policy to end so-called "catch-and-release," where migrants seeking asylum in America are released into the U.S. while their case progresses through the immigration court system.

Biden initially made good on his promise. On his first day in office, Biden suspended the policy. The Biden administration formally ended the policy this summer.

However, the Supreme Court ruled in August that Biden needed to reinstate the policy. The administration announced Friday they would reinstate the policy to comply with federal court rulings.

What happened now?

Immigration activist met virtually with top members of the Biden administration on Saturday, including Homeland Security officials and the White House Domestic Policy Council's Esther Olavarria, Politico reported. At some point, "dozens" of activists stormed out of the meeting, angry over Biden's broken promises. The activist were reportedly upset that Biden will enforce the "remain in Mexico" policy.

Before leaving the meeting, the activist accused Biden of "playing politics with human lives." The activists reportedly said, "We have sadly reached a turning point."

"I cannot stand one more meeting of them pretending," Ariana Saludares, who attended the meeting, told Politico. "They give us accolades on the outside, but on the inside, we're having to take out the metaphoric knives from our back."

"It's almost like we were bamboozled into thinking that this was going to be the best option, and it isn't. It's actually worse," she added. "It is as if you know that your family is now turning against you and telling you that it's okay. It's not."

Luis Guerra, who also left the meeting, said, "We don't actually believe they're doing everything in their power to actually restore asylum at the border, the way that they say that they're trying to."

How did the Biden admin respond?

The White House attempted to sooth tensions with activists by reaffirming the Biden administration's disagreement with MPP.

"The Biden Administration has been very clear that MPP is not an immigration policy we agree with or support. That's why the Department of Homeland Security immediately appealed the court injunction once it was ordered," a White House official told Politico.

"We are incredibly thankful and appreciative of the work immigration advocates and organizations do around the clock to improve our immigration system," the official added.

US to Offer 'Condolence Payments' to Relatives of 10 Civilians Killed in Drone Strike

The Pentagon statement follows a call for President Joe Biden to "show real concern for civilians by taking more meaningful steps to prevent civilian casualties as a result of all U.S. lethal operations."

The Pentagon said Friday that the U.S. would issue "condolence payments" to relatives of 10 Afghan civilians, including seven children, killed in an August drone strike—an attack military officials had initially defended as a "righteous strike" targeting an explosive-laden vehicle destined for militants and later admitted to being a "horrible tragedy" that claimed innocent lives.
