Fauci told Fox News Sunday host Chris Wallace that although Covid cases and hospitalizations are down, the dirty, unvaccinated Americans could lead to the dangers of a fifth Covid wave.

“What is the real possibility that we could have a fifth wave of the virus – especially, especially if there’s not a spike in vaccinations?” Chris Wallace asked, teeing up Fauci.

“It’s going to be within our capability to prevent that from happening – the numbers are going down – the cases are down about 23%, the hospitalizations and deaths are down 17-18% so we’re gong in the right direction,” Fauci said. “The problem is as we all know, we still have approximately 66 million people who are eligible to get vaccinated who are not vaccinated.”

Fauci said if we don’t get more people vaccinated, there’s “always a danger that there will be enough circulating virus that you can have…a resurgence.”

Dr. Fauci on Sunday also said only vaccinated people can gather with fellow vaccinated family members for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Pope Francis released a video message advocating more left-wing politics on Saturday, in the latest attempt by the Vatican to reassure the world that Catholicism is on the side of social justice. The pope praised deceased felon George Floyd as a “Good Samaritan,” and provided a moral endorsement of violent BLM rioters.

“Do you know what comes to mind now when, together with popular movements, I think of the Good Samaritan?” the Pope declared. “Do you know what comes to mind? The protests over the death of George Floyd. It is clear that this type of reaction against social, racial or macho injustice can be manipulated or exploited by political machinations or whatever, but the main thing is that, in that protest against this death, there was the Collective Samaritan who is no fool!”

“This movement did not pass by on the other side of the road when it saw the injury to human dignity caused by an abuse of power,” the Catholic figurehead continued. “The popular movements are not only social poets but also collective Samaritans.”

The pope went on to repeatedly invoke the term “social justice,” and proclaimed that “In my experience, when people, men and women, have suffered injustice, inequality, abuse of power, deprivations, and xenophobia in their own flesh – in my experience, I can see that they understand much better what others are experiencing and are able to help them realistically to open up paths of hope. How important it is that your voice be heard, represented in all the places where decisions are made. Offer your voice in a collaborative spirit; speak with moral certainty of what must be done.”

The countdown to the return of international travel has taken off with the rollout of Covid-19 international vaccine passports.

Australians desperate to head overseas will be able to apply for an international proof of vaccination from Tuesday as the reopening of NSW's international borders from November 1 fast approaches.

The vaccine certificate will allow Australian passport holders and Australian visa holders who have their vaccinations recorded on the Australian Immunisation Register to depart Australia and travel around the globe.

'The international proof of vaccination features a secure QR code to prove COVID-19 vaccination status to border authorities around the world and increases a person's ability to travel safely and with confidence,' government ministers said in a joint statement.

'The launch of the international proof of vaccination is a key step towards safely reopening international borders and supporting Australia's COVID-19 economic recovery.'

The passport works in a similar fashion to existing vaccine certificate and will be available for download through the MyGov website.

The passport can be downloaded digitally or in printed form and is compatible with COVID-19 travel apps.

'You may not have to use it — there may be many countries you'll visit that have no requirement to demonstrate you've been vaccinated,' employment minister Stuart Robert said.

'But the last thing the government wants for Australians when they travel overseas is to be stuck overseas because they can't prove they've been vaccinated.'

Applicants can get access free international certificate by using their Medicare account through myGov, or the Medicare Express app.

At Least 9 Shot At Shriners Temple in Pine Bluff, Arkansas

Pine Bluff, Arkansas – The Arkansas State Police have been called in to investigate a shooting that involved a Pine Bluff police officer who shot a gunman encountered by the officer outside a downtown party site where gunfire had erupted minutes earlier.

Pine Bluff authorities responded to reports of a shooting at the Sahara Shriners Temple located at 820 Main Street around 1 a.m. Sunday morning.

A local police officer responding to the sound of gunshots ‘encountered a man holding a gun exiting the Shriner’s Temple. Inside the location, at least eight people had already sustained gunshot wounds,’ State Police said.

The officer shot the unknown man who was later identified as Duane A. Everett, 24, of Eudora (Chicot County). Everett was wounded and transported to a hospital for medical attention, then later released.

State police special agents are trying to determine why Everett was armed and what he may know about the shootings that occurred prior to the arrival of Pine Bluff police.

There is no known motive for the initial gunfire, nor were there any updates on the conditions of the victims.

According to FOX16, just over ‘an hour after the shooting at the Sahara Shriners Temple, officers responded to reports of a shooting at the intersection of University Drive and Pullen Avenue. Police said four people were injured in that shooting, with two people in critical condition early Sunday.’
