I've read the Bible and I know how to do it, thanks anon. I didn't click on that pdf, but I can tell you, don't ever try and exorcise a demon out of someone that does not want to be exorcised. And it's not really "exorcism", it's very simply commanding the evil spirit to leave. Sometimes you may have to call that spirit by their name and only God can tell you what that is. But the only authority they must and will obey is in the name of Jesus Christ. That's the only way to do it. When you are born again of Holy Spirit, you have both the authority and the power to cast out devil spirits. But you have to know that you can't do it without the consent of the possessed, they have to want to be cleansed and come to God. Otherwise, later they can be attacked even stronger or the person trying to cast them out can be attacked. Ask God, he will instruct you whether to proceed or not.
