General Colin Powell, former secretary of state and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, died today from coronavirus.

He was fully vaccinated.

Maricopa County Supervisor Steve Chucri was caught on a secret recording saying that he doesn’t feel comfortable with Dominion and neither does Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer, Democrats, Republicans and Independents don’t trust Dominion, and Dominion cannot be used again next election.

On top of this, Maricopa County is still sending the wrong ballots to the wrong homes in mass quantities.

The same thing happened just before the 2020 election, where Maricopa County residents were receiving other peoples’ ballots. This happened too often to be a coincidence and it is still happening today!

All of the other leaked transactions are also sales, including another $50-$100K sales from the VTI on Sept 21, just days after the Fed's Sept 15-16 2020 FOMC meeting, as well as a series of Sales anywhere between $15K and $250K on Dec 18, jus 2 days after the Fed's Dec 16 FOMC meeting, in funds such as the MSCI EAFE ETF (EFA) where powell sold $15K-$50K, the RUT Russell 2000 ETF (for $100K-$250K), the Goldman US Equity Dividend and Premium Fund (GSPKX) and so on. There were also a handful of purchases, but none in the ballpark of the $1,000,000 - $5,000,000 sale noted above.

Biden administration calls for SCOTUS to block Texas anti-abortion law – court filing

The Biden administration has called on the US Supreme Court to block the implementation of Texas’ controversial law banning abortion after six weeks of pregnancy, according to a Monday court filing.

The Justice Department is seeking to block the measure from going into effect while the fight over its constitutionality continues in the courts. It has been in effect since September, absent a 48-hour period ordered by a district court.

The Biden administration filed on Monday to reverse a Thursday night ruling by the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals that had permitted the law’s implementation to go forward.

The Justice Department announced a day later that it would petition the Supreme Court to prevent the law from taking effect, after previous efforts to delay its implementation failed.

The law prohibits any abortion conducted after six weeks of pregnancy, a controversial timeline given that many women are not aware they are pregnant until later.

FDA Delays Moderna Vax for Adolescents Citing Concern of Myocarditis Risk in Children

Sweden and Denmark announced last week they were halting Moderna COVID vaccinations for those under 30-years-old due to possible side effects.

Pfizer filed for FDA approval of the vaccine to children aged 5 to 11 ten days ago.

According to the VAERS tracking website, in the United States, 4,144 Americans have died following the Moderna COVID vaccination. 11,346 have died due to the Pfizer vaccination.

On Monday the FDA delayed approval for the Moderna vaccine for children.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration announced Friday it would delay its decision on administration of the Moderna vaccine to adolescents, citing concerns the shot may lead to a heightened risk of a rare heart condition.

The FDA has not yet determined if the risk is higher for adolescents, but the agency is planning to review the data further before extending the vaccine’s eligibility, according to the Wall Street Journal.

“I think people can be reassured that the risk of myocarditis with an mRNA vaccine is low, it appears to be balanced between the different products,” Paul Burton, Moderna’s chief medical officer, told the outlet.

Loudoun County Prosecutor Who Attempted to Jail Father of Raped Daughter Is Soros-Funded Radical and Close Ally to McAuliffe

The Gateway Pundit reported last week on a father who was arrested at a school board meeting because the board lied and claimed they had not received any reports about a rape at his daughter’s school. The rape was of his daughter.

The Loudoun County prosecutor who sought jail time against a father who was arrested at a school board meeting after his daughter was allegedly sexually assaulted in a school bathroom has ties to progressive megadonor George Soros and Democratic Virginia gubernatorial nominee Terry McAuliffe.

Loudoun County Commonwealth’s Attorney Buta Biberaj was described in the explosive report by The Daily Wire as the “progressive” elected county prosecutor who ran on a platform of ending “mass incarceration,” but yet she sought jail time for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, both misdemeanor charges, against Scott Smith.

Smith was arrested during a June 22 school board meeting several weeks after he says his daughter was raped by a gender-fluid student in a school bathroom. The student, a 15-year-old boy, was charged in that case with two counts of forcible sodomy and later arrested. He was then fitted with an ankle monitor and transferred to another school in Ashburn, where he was accused of committing another sexual assault against another female student in October.

Biberaj told Fox 5 on Friday the decision to transfer the student to a different school came because he didn’t have a prior history of such behavior at the time, and she asked the public to “be patient” and refrain from judgment until “all the facts” in the case come to light.

Meanwhile, Smith’s attorney has announced plans to sue the school district over its handling of the case and his own arrest at the school board meeting. He was sentenced in that case to 10 days in jail, all suspended, contingent on a year of good behavior…

…Biberaj was one of several Soros-backed prosecutors elected in Northern Virginia in 2019 after her campaign received more than $860,000 from Soros’ Justice and Public Safety PAC. She is a criminal reform advocate and member of a group of the commonwealth’s attorneys called Virginia Progressive Prosecutors for Justice, which calls for eliminating mandatory minimum sentences and cash bail.

Biberaj is also a close ally with McAuliffe, who reportedly accepted a $250,000 contribution from Soros for his campaign in August. Biberaj, who has praised McAulliffe as being “part of the progress” that Virginia needs, joined the former Democratic governor as recently as Oct. 2 at a campaign event in Leesburg.

Most Americans in no way want any George Soros-backed prosecutors in our justice systems. This case is another example why.

Illinois Governor Pritzker Defers COVID Vaccine Mandate until End of November After Unions Revolt

Good news.

Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker deferred the COVID vaccine mandate for employees of veterans’ homes, prisons and other congregate facilities until the end of November. The union members now have another 7 weeks to get vaccinated with the experimental COVID vaccine.

Union members fought the mandates and thousands would have been let go this week if the mandate was not extended.

Gov. J.B. Pritzker has pushed back a deadline for state employees of veterans’ homes, prisons and other congregate facilities to be vaccinated against COVID-19 as his office negotiates with labor unions representing some workers.

Pritzker, who in August set an Oct. 4 deadline for state workers covered by his requirement to get the vaccine, on Friday said employees have until Nov. 30 to be fully vaccinated, the Chicago Tribune reported. The workers are employed by the departments of Corrections, Veterans Affairs, Human Services and Juvenile Justice.

Pritzker’s administration has reached agreements with several unions representing state workers. But negotiations continue with the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees Council 31 and Teamsters Local 700. AFSCME, which represents some 15,000 state workers affected by the requirement, objected to what it called “rigid mandates.”

Microsoft busted Bill Gates for ‘inappropriate’ emails to female staffer: report

Microsoft executives once ordered Bill Gates to stop sending flirty emails to a female subordinate, according to a new report.

The alleged misbehavior occurred more than a decade before the Microsoft board learned of an affair between Gates and another female employee, which preceded Gates’ divorce and resignation from the Microsoft board.

Gates allegedly sent the frisky emails to a mid-level female Microsoft employee in 2007, while he was working as a full-time employee, the Wall Street Journal reported on Monday.

He also reportedly asked her to meet up outside work hours and off the Microsoft campus.

In 2008, other Microsoft executives found out about the alleged emails and met with Gates, according to the report.

At the meeting, then-general counsel Brad Smith and then-chief people officer Lisa Brummel reportedly told Gates the emails were inappropriate and ordered him to stop.

Gates admitted that sending the emails was a bad idea and agreed to stop, according to the Journal, which cited people familiar with the matter.

The board reportedly decided against further action because Gates did not have physical contact with the employee.

Bridgitt Arnold, a spokesperson for Gates, did not immediately reply to a request for comment from The Post but told the Journal that the claims in Monday’s report were “false, recycled rumors from sources who have no direct knowledge, and in some cases have significant conflicts of interest.”

Microsoft also did not immediately reply to a request for comment from The Post. A spokesperson for the company, Frank Shaw, told the Journal that the employee never made a complaint about the incident.

“While flirtatious, they were not overtly sexual, but were deemed to be inappropriate,” Shaw said of the emails.

The alleged workplace misconduct came more than a decade before Microsoft’s board reportedly received a letter in 2019 from a female Microsoft engineer who said she had an affair with Gates. As directors investigated the allegations, Gates resigned from the board last year and announced he and his wife, Melinda, were divorcing this May.

Gates has since admitted that the divorce was his fault, The Post first reported. The duo were seen together for the first time since their divorce over the weekend at their daughter Jennifer’s wedding.

The biggest foreign-owned company running the biggest cargo terminal at the Port of Los Angeles is Maersk, which has many Chinese offices and does massive business in China. Just weeks ago, Maersk sold its refrigerated container business for over $1 billion to a Chinese company that counts multiple Chinese Communist government state-owned enterprises as its major shareholders, giving China more control over our food and pharma supply.

In response to the supply chain crisis, U.S. Deputy Secretary of the Treasury Wally Adeyemo recently stated, “the reality is that the only way we get to a place where we work through this transition is if everyone in America and everywhere around the world gets vaccinated.” Clearly, this has led to speculation that the supply chain shortages are being manipulated in order to push the vaccine agenda. The Biden administration has touted a supposed deal it negotiated to help the Port of Los Angeles to operate 24/7 to offload the backed-up cargo. But one union leader said that union workers are already capable of working 24/7. The problem, in his view, is that “foreign-owned shipping companies” are not requesting labor.

Frank Ponce De Leon, who serves as an International Longshore & Warehouse Union coast committeeman in Los Angeles, said the following: “Well, I think it’s important to let people know that our workforce and our contracts allow the employers and the terminal operators to work 24 hours a day. We have that capability, I mean, since the day I got registered and started working on the docks some 40 years ago. So it’s not something that’s brand-new. So the push by the ports and the push by Biden’s administration is actually a push in the direction, trying to get others who are involved in the supply chain moving so that we can hopefully ease up some of this congestion…You have to understand that these terminals are owned by foreign-owned shipping companies. And a lot of times, they dictate or control what we do on the docks. We don’t just show up, you know, unannounced and say, we’re ready to go to work. What normally happens is that orders are placed within our joint dispatch halls for labor at a specific terminal or terminals. And we fill that labor and go to work. Without the employer and without the terminal operators ordering us, we don’t show up. So a lot of this is out of our control. And we’ve been facing this for a long, long time now.”

Shortly before Bill Mitchell’s most recent anti-Gab campaign, he met with an executive from Gab’s rival GETTR named Kaelen Dorr. Dorr serves as senior vice president of marketing and global engagement for GETTR, and not surprisingly Dorr has a history of railing against speech that he considers to be “anti-Semitic.” Mitchell even hosted Dorr on his show to promote GETTR’s latest promotional gambit. Dorr appeared on Mitchell’s show on October 12, five days before Mitchell finally stopped posting on Gab. The next day, on October 13, the GETTR official account gave a “shout-out” to Bill Mitchell without specifying a reason for it. GETTR notably censors content that it considers “hateful” including “attacking any race or religion.” GETTR has not returned a request for comment for this report.

China’s WeChat Admits To Secretly Scanning Users’ Photos

Chinese messaging platform WeChat – which President Trump sought to ban from operating in the United States – has admitted to regularly scanning users’ photos even while the app isn’t in use.

WeChat – which saw the Trump-era efforts to ban it halted by Joe Biden’s Commerce Department – confessed to the disturbing and intrusive practice after an exposé by a tech influencer known as “Hacklous”.

Owned by Chinese Communist Party-affiliated Tencent – which counts high-profile Biden appointees and Democratic officials as investors – WeChat “scans photo galleries for durations of up to 1 minute each while running in the background,” according to Hacklous.

“The same influencer later added that Tencent’s QQ messaging app and Taobao, Alibaba Group Holding’s top online shopping marketplace with roughly 900 million MAUs, have also been found to be routinely scanning user photos,” a report added.

WeChat’s infringement on privacy prompted fears among users that the app could be covertly accessing additional types of data. “Now that they can scan photos, it’s quite easy to read other stuff on the phone,” one user posted on Chinese social media platform Weibo.

A spokesperson for the app attempted to explain why the platform was routinely scanning users’ photos, insisting that the p makes it “faster and smoother for users to send photos”.

This behavior “will be cancelled in the new version,” the representative claimed.

Christopher Steele Defends Debunked Dossier — ‘I Stand by the Work We Did’

Former MI6 agent Christopher Steele said during a preview of an ABC News interview that aired on Sunday that he stood behind the controversial “Steele Dossier” that examined possible links between former President Trump and Russia.

The interview will be featured in a Hulu documentary, “Out of the Shadows: The Man Behind the Steele Dossier.”

Steele’s dossier was involved in the FBI’s investigation into Trump’s Russian links that led to Robert Mueller being appointed special counsel.

After an extensive investigation showcase in Mueller’s report concluded that several of the dossier claims could not be proven, including that Trump’s personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, met with Kremlin officials in 2016 in Prague.

Referring to Cohen, George Stephanopoulos asked, “Do you think it hurts your credibility at all that you won’t accept the findings of the FBI in this particular case?”

Steele said, “I’m prepared to accept that not everything in the dossier is 100 percent accurate. I have yet to be convinced that that is one of them.”

Stephanopoulos asked, “So you stand by the dossier?”

Steele said, “I stand by the work we did, the sources that we had, and the professionalism which we applied to it.”

On claims that the Russians had a tape of Trump in a hotel room with Russian prostitutes, Stephanopoulos asked, “Today, do you still believe that this tape exists?”

Steele said, “I think it probably does, but I would not put 100 percent certainty on it.”

Stephanopoulos said, “How do you explain if that tape exists that it hasn’t been released?”

Steele said, “It hasn’t needed to be released.”

He added, “I think the Russians felt they’d got pretty good value out of Donald Trump when he was president of the U.S.”
