Since they are obviously sharing information with Google I would say the goal is to correlate genes with social and political behaviors as catalogued by Google. This could then be fed back into the system for blacklisting job candidates, targeted medical fuckery etc. They would want to suppress intelligence, rebelliousness, and of course racism and anti-semitism. The whole project smells like that Rofschild motherfucker.
