Exactly. They manufactured the crisis. But, once the port of LA and the other California ports were backlogged, everyone like me started diverting their shipments to Canada, Mexico, and the east coast. Thus overloading those ports. It's so fragile that you only have to destroy one single state to affect the entire supply chain.
