The correct solution was already posted by several people (yours is not correct). If white does not use his king to prevent Black from promoting a pawn, the game can spiral out of control and result in white losing.

 

The only correct first move for white is to move his king below the black pawn. After that, black can only move one piece (his bishop) and the move he makes is irrelevent, white can move a knight and checkmate.
