Brazilfag here. Aloysio Faria is not dodgy. Studied medicine but was a banker all his life, inheriting his father's bank and turning it into a large retail operation (Real), sold to Dutch ABN AMRO in the late 90's (everything is owned by Santander now). Has been a billionaire for decades (21st richest Brazilian by '17 Forbes list, 2,4b usd). Was low profile in Real's tenure, got even more after opening Alfa, as it's not a retail op, focusing in investment banking and wealth management. Transamerica is his radio fm biz, probably one of the most listened in the country and also the name of his hotels, which comprise two upscale properties in Sao Paulo (F1 drivers and teams used to stay there, as it's close to the track, now they favor newer and posher properties in Jardins region) and Comandatuba, Bahia (world class golf course and private airport). His Transamerica brand has nothing to do with SF's Transamerica Pyramid bldg.

Eurofarma is a brazilian pharmaceutical company, owned by Maurizio Billi (38th richest Brazilian by '17 Forbes list, 1,3b usd). Company starter fifty years ago by his father, now multinational but not publicly traded, all capital belongs to the family.

As others anons already pointed, the jet thing might be a lease arranged by the bank. Many wealthy Brazilians used to have planes with November (US) registrations, to avoid commie gov bulshit. Other possibilities are those lease agreements, or establishing an operator that sells the use of the jet to your company/person.

Anyway, I vouch for no one, but thought it might be good to present a clearer picture. Bless you all.
