Thanks anon. I'm already getting tons of sunlight weekly. I take boron which supposedly increases the half life of vitamin D in your body. I don't think I'm deficient at all but winter is upon me and sun exposure drops dramatically. I'm just looking to supplement for about 4-5 months.
Damn! Just buy meat from your local ranchers. I just bought a side of beef (my 5th) and price worked out to $4.97/lb. You can't even buy ground beef for that price.
I hope this works out for the ranchers but good luck getting that USDA stamp of approval without sucking the correct number of dicks.

All the beef/pork/poultry i buy is marked "Not for Resale" but the rancher is allowed to sell directly to individuals. AFAIK, ranchers cannot sell to stores where the meat will be resold without USDA inspections (a joke) and stamp of approval.
