The public needs to be educated first. If Obama was suddenly arrested and charged with anything, there'll be rioting across the country. It's a delicate situation as a great deal of blacks and libs honestly believe that Obama was a good guy.
That doesn't mean he's detained. All we know for a fact is that he (or whomever operates his twitter) was presenting a false image.
