I do agree with insight that you have to present things from a person's own point of view. It's very hard/distasteful to get inside their point of view. You suggested

>For #ReleaseTheMemo you could say

>Hillary has nothing to hide. We need to see the memo to clean up corruption in Trump's FBI

The problem for me is that would be a false statement– a lie. Because I know with near certainty that Hillary has MUCH to hide.

There has to be a way of formulating these statements so they are not intentional lies by us.

Problems with lies

1- Some of us try to follow the 10 Commandments, unironically

2- You can get caught with a lie, and then your future credibility is destroyed or diminished.

Q's way of stating things (or framing ideas as questions) does not suffer from that problem, IMO.

Again I say that when I removed the second IDAT data block, part of the text was removed. I posted a scaled down sample to show where it truncated the textual display. That was the last post of #178 >>147851 and I'll bet you didn't see it.

I didn't truncate the whole file when I removed the 2nd IDAT block. I retained the last 8 bytes containing the terminal chunk (by guessing it was necessary).

Did you check the CRCs? I didn't.

I didn't read the whole PNG 1.2 spec.

What behavior is specified in the case

of a parsing error, unrecognized chunk ID,

or bad CRC?

Did you agree with my analysis that found 16 bytes unaccounted for between the iCCP color profile and the first IDAT block?

The 16 bytes are there, are not included in the count for the prior chunk, don't specify a reasonable 4-byte length for that chunk, and I didn't see any matching 4-byte ASCII chunk ID string.
