FBI Raids DC Home of Oleg Deripaska, Chris Steele's Former Employer

and Central Player in Corrupt FBI Operation Against Donald Trump

It was transparently obvious over the past few days that something was happening in the

background. The Fourth Branch of Government, intelligence apparatus, Dept of Justice, FBI,

and media enablers -writ large- began conducting an information warfare operation.

It is not coincidental:

(1) the collective media apparatus brought Chris Steele out of hiding for an ABC interview with

George Stephanopoulos, and a rehabilitation of his Dossier effort; then

(2) the intelligence apparatus began scrubbing the Dossier from public downloads; then

(3) the FBI apparatus notifies the media in advance and shows up to raid the home of a central

participant in the Dossier story line.

There are no coincidences of this connective scale.

This is a full-blown propaganda operation carried out by the DC-based Fourth Branch of

Government. These moves indicate a likelihood that John Durham is almost finished with the

spray paint operation. Remember, Lisa Monaco is Deputy AG, and John Carlin is back in the

DOJ-NSD position. Both of them participated in the illegal weaponization and political

surveillance operations against candidate Trump (that involved Deripaska), and both are now

central to the ongoing clean-up and cover-up operation.

Bill Browder cites Edmond Safra as his “mentor” and closest confidant, as well as his Russian business partner.

Safra, who was murdered in an arson fire in 1999, was perhaps the king of worldwide money

laundering for political intelligence purposes, at TD Bank (a subsidiary of Toronto-Dominion

Bank in Canada) and at Republic Bank of New York. In 1989, the Drug Enforcement

Administration (DEA) and US Customs linked Republic and Safra to major money laundering

schemes by the Medellín Cartel and a Swiss company that was a laundromat for Syrian and East

Bloc heroin profits. TD Bank and Safra also played a role in the George H.W. Bush/Oliver

North Iran Contra drug and money laundering operations.

In 1996, Robert Friedman published an extraordinary article in New York magazine entitled,

“The Money Plane.” Five nights a week, crisp, uncirculated, $100 bills were being flown by

the planeload from JFK International Airport nonstop to Moscow where the money became part

of the Russian mafia’s vast international crime syndicate operations then engaged in brutally

looting and cannibalizing the former Soviet Union.

According to an official of the Federal Comptroller of the Currency, cited by Robert

Friedman, “That money is used to support organized crime: It is used to support black market

operations….In my personal opinion it is an absolute abomination.”

The Money Plane operation accounted for more than $40 billion dollars pumped into Russian

organized crime between 1994-1996, and the players were Safra’s Republic National Bank of New

York and the New York Federal Reserve. Various officials in the United States did not even

try to dispute Freidman’s account. Instead, they covered up its implications in public

relations horsepucky. The coverup was led by none other than U.S. Senator, then Congressman,

Charles Schumer (NY).

In the first two years after the Soviet Union’s collapse, an estimated $60 to $70 billion

worth of material assets, weapons, oil, gold, and artwork, were outright stolen out of the

country by organized crime networks on the receiving end of freshly printed U.S. dollars. For

the bank participation in this scheme, Safra’s bank earned a huge fee. Far more profitable,

however, was actually the moving and laundering of dirty money by buying Russia assets. For

that, Safra required ground troops in Russia, which suggests the actual role of Browder and

Hermitage under his tutelage.

Maybe that’s why Browder had security in Russia consisting of former British and Mossad

agents. Others have speculated that Safra and his assets, including Browder, were the major

backers of the Russian oligarch, Boris Berezovsky. According to Russian reports, Berezovsky

sought to end his own exile by producing documents showing that Browder was an MI6 and CIA

agent code-named “Solomon.”

PROFITING FROM PROVERBS

These devices are schemes, plans, gimmicks, and tricks. They are wily and subtle, like

Man’s schemes about equal rights, and a secular society that is productive without God, will

not stand: “The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God.”
