Note different road design June 2015 vs. April 2017 (Google Earth screen shots with date slider).
Street view confirms road reconfiguration was done after July 2015 but before Oct 2016.
Lack of Street View images in spring/summer 2016 suggests to me that the road was closed for construction then, but can't confirm.
Nevertheless… I think this shows that pics were taken in 2015 or earlier.
