My wife of 30 yrs had quit going to the pain management center where she was a patient for the last 10 yrs. The medications started slowly and small doses and steadily raised over time. 2 wks ago she had taken her last "medication" trying to taper off over a months time. She is going through hell right now. Her pain doctor states that he has no responsibility for the outcome.
