In Trump's last tweet there were some interesting capitalizations that tie in with the Pollution Prevention Opportunity Assessment that he signed on Thursday. I suspect that the EO is really a way of targetting the hundreds of little scams set up by the Dems to divert contracts to friendly companies who will then pay their kickbacks as donations to the DNC. In otherwords, the taxpayer pays a HIGHER price and the Dems get the benefit. Any efficiency effort is going to root out lots of contracts like that and clean them up.

But this could be an overplapping clue. What if we interpret TC as meaning Total Cost. This is a way of evaluating a deal to find out the True Cost of things because costs are often hidden in the details, in annual maintenance agreements, in cost of repair parts and so on. Then PPOA refers to Pollution Prevention Opportunity Assessment which are clearly mentioned in the EO. Trump wants the government to pollute less and to think about that when issuing contracts. If we are hunting for witches, i.e. the high priests and priestesses of the cult, should we be looking at the princes William and Harry?

Although the Queen is not abdicating, something seems to be happening in the Windsor family and William and Harry are being pushed to the fore in the public eye. Prince Philip has retired and Charles and Camilla are in the background. But they are always orchestrating reasons to put William's family and Harry's family in the public eye.

Back in WWI there was a real possibility of a revolution in the UK to overthrow the monarchy and the royals were acutely aware of the fact that public perceptions were what was keeping them in power. This was a big factor in changing their surname to Windsor an renouncing their ties to their German family.

There is reason to believe that both the wives, of William and Harry are priestesses in the cult. Whether or not Kate took over as matriarch when the Queen Mother died, is not clear. There may be another woman lurking in the background which is usually where clan matriarchs operate.

So why did they invite Meghan into the clan. She must be of the right bloodline, probably from a different Illuminati family. Her name with initials MM suggests that she was bred for the role. Although it is claimed that her mother is black, we have no way of knowing if that is her biological mother since the clans regularly set up fostering for bloodline kids. Some have suggested that her biological father is indeed the man who accompanied her down the aisle and that this man is NOT Harry's biological father.

The mixing of American and British families is consistent with their plans for this point in time of the creation of an NWO. Also the supposed mixed race of Meghan and even her checkered past with a promiscuous sex life. Some people have said all of this is unlike the British royals who gave their matriarch's name to the repressive Victorian era, but all of this is consistent with the NWO plans which we know the British royals have bought into.

With eyes wide open about all of these issues, can we dig and find information that more biased investigators might not have seen? And that bloodline people might not have covered up because they know that the sheep are stupid.
