I think the hands have been removed on Big Ben anyway because it's undergoing a few years of maintenance. It's safe to say it's night time though. :p
So is anyone else curious why the US NATIONAL security agency has access to traffic cameras in the UK? have we become the 51st state or are we just on the same team?
but isn't that just information sharing as opposed to giving each other access to assets?
