PDJT served those football players something that he knew they'd never get the chance to eat because they are on strict diets. It was like a cheat day for most of them.
Trust but verify is a great stance to take re: anyone, but I do think they are good to go. Lauren seems like a true convert (some have brought up her past to try and take her down), and I feel the same about MTG. MTG strikes me as the type that was anoning it on 4chan/8chan till 3am 8 days a week since 2012, and had to do that speech on the House floor denouncing Q just to save face. People from MTG's past also seemed to try and take her down by claiming she was a gymrat hussy (was a local news story, and honestly, it seemed like all the dudes they talked to were just jealous male Karens). But as a rule, generally, trust but verify isn't a bad policy to have. Seems to be how The Boss does it, at least.
