Seems to be the downfall of clone status, they don't age well. Jacinda is looking pretty rough these days too.
I just recovered from it. Stick to the plan you are doing is my recommendation. Hot steamy beverages to help clear the congestion, plenty of liquids to help regulate the fever temp (if he has fever).
