Baldwin deliberately did this, he killed one and injured another.. how the hell can you do that with a single shot?
There had to be two or more live bullets in that gun, byebye Baldwin.

That's the whole point, you can't kill one person and injure another with the same bullet.

The lightest sentence he could possibly get is involuntary manslaughter, and then the charges of injuring the other (idk what thats called).
It all depends if it was actually accidental or intentional.
Wasn't the director that was killed, it was the head of photography, the director was the one who was injured.
