Just different pics from the same set. They weren't taken in Feb or now… they were taken sometime in 2015 or earlier. Q posted one back in Feb and has shared more from the set today. Cars are the same because the pics were taken within seconds of each other. Cars were waiting at a red light. Pedestrians have moved.
