Thank you all for your comments, went ahead and did the CT after risk/benefit analysis. All tests came back unremarkable. Will be monitoring and starting ivermectin. Will look into HCQ as well, anon was ready for wuflu but wife getting preggo was curve ball when it comes to treatments of the wuflu.
