There is a core to the human herd who don't want to wake up. Never have, never will. They are happy to be led. The 4-6% are the avowed Marxists who have sworn to implement socialist / communism or die trying. They are the ones who are leading the herd to its own destruction and must be dealt with.
Patriots will lead the herd differently.
The herd may not even notice the change.
