What if the tweet and the pic of the signed (what we assume is an) EO is just to throw the Black Hats off?

In theory, the IG report could answer some of the questions that POTUS posed in his tweet, the investigation and results are probably already known.

We know how they would react.

They are predictable.

What if something else drops that is completely out of left field? They are busy getting ready to counter the narrative we just created today and they get played!
