Federal Judge Allows Texas to Seek Internal Documents from Facebook, Twitter and Google Regarding How They Censor Conservatives

A federal judge in Texas has allowed the state to seek documents from social media giants Facebook, Twitter, and Google.

A federal judge will allow Texas to seek internal documents from social-media companies regarding how they moderate content, as the state defends a new law restricting when platforms can suspend users.

The ruling Friday by U.S. District Judge Robert Pitman in Austin means Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is free to seek limited discovery from members of two prominent trade groups that sued to block the controversial statute, including Twitter Inc., Alphabet Inc.’s Google, and Facebook Inc.

The ruling allows Paxton to seek documents and depose employees at members of NetChoice and Computer & Communications Industry Association — but only if they’ll be impacted by the law barring platforms from suspending users over their political views. The statute, which applies to social-media companies with more than 50 million monthly users, takes effect December 2.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott reported on the judge’s decision.

Three of the FAANG companies are involved in the lawsuit: Facebook, Twitter, and Google. These firms along with Amazon and Netflix are now known as FAANG.

Let’s hope that this process of obtaining internal documents from these firms is not as tedious as Hillary turning over her emails or audits being performed of the 2020 Election.

Colombia arrests most-wanted drug lord Otoniel in jungle raid involving 500 troops & 22 choppers

Colombian special forces have captured notorious drug trafficker Dairo Antonio Usuga, known as Otoniel, during a massive operation on Saturday. The alleged boss of the much-feared Gulf Clan had been on the run for over a decade.

Around 500 troops and 22 helicopters were reportedly involved in the raid on Otoniel’s hideout in the jungle area of the Uraba region in the northwest of the country. The force was so overwhelming that even eight rings of security couldn’t save the drug lord from arrest this time.

The operation, in which one police officer lost his life, was carried out based on intelligence provided by the US and UK, according to the authorities.

Later on Saturday, a handcuffed Otoniel was presented to the media, surrounded by armed troops in full gear. In the picture, distributed by Colombia’s armed forces, the 50-year-old was seen sporting high rubber boots usually worn by farmers in the rural areas of the country.

Otoniel’s arrest “is the biggest blow against drug trafficking in our country this century. This hit is only comparable to the fall of Pablo Escobar in the 1990s,” Colombian President Ivan Duque said.

The man is believed to be the boss of the Gulf Clan, which has controlled major cocaine smuggling routes in the jungle, and for years has kept most of northern Colombia in fear. The Gulf Clan has around 1,200 fighters, most of whom are former guerilla members. Among other things, the authorities have accused the drug lord and his henchmen of recruiting minors by force and sexual abuse.

The US Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) had earlier placed a $5 million bounty on Otoniel. In 2009, the Manhattan Federal Court indicted him on drug charges and aiding a far-right militia designated as a terrorist group in the US. It was followed by indictments from the Brooklyn and Miami federal courts, accusing the Colombian of smuggling 73 metric tons of cocaine to America between 2003 and 2014 through countries including Venezuela, Guatemala, Mexico, Panama, and Honduras.

EcoHealth Throws NIH Under The Bus Over Wuhan Gain-Of-Function Report; Researcher Claims 'Massive Cover-Up'

The question over whether the NIH funded risky gain-of-function research in Wuhan, China was officially 'answered' last week, after the agency claimed that one of their partners - EcoHealth Alliance, failed to report that they had 'accidentally' created a chimeric coronavirus that was able to infect humanized mice.

To review, in a Wednesday letter addressed to Rep. James Comer (R-KY), NIH Principal Deputy Director Lawrence A. Tabak admits to funding a "limited experiment" to determine whether "spike proteins from naturally occurring bat coronaviruses circulating in China were capable of binding to the human ACE2 receptor in a mouse model." According to the letter, humanized mice infected with the modified bat virus "became sicker" than those exposed to an unmodified version of the same bat coronavirus.

The letter claims that EcoHealth CEO Peter Daszak failed to report this finding, and gave Daszak five days to submit "any and all unpublished data from the experiments and work conducted" under the NIH grant.

If true, it would mean Dr. Anthony Fauci, who runs the NIH's National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, wasn't lying when he told Sen. Rand Paul in July when he denied the agency was conducting GoF research.

Except, according to Vanity Fair, EcoHealth did report their findings in a timely manner.

"These data were reported as soon as we were made aware, in our year four report in April 2018," said New York City-based EcoHealth in a statement.

If that's the case, Fauci is either incompetent for not knowing, or lying.

Observers say that if as believed the U.S. did not put up a challenger it has lost a major opportunity for wielding influence. The nomination deadline ended late last month.

President Biden re-engaged with the WHO early in his presidency following the Trump administration’s announcement that it would be terminating the U.S. relationship with the organization. At the time, Trump cited the WHO’s handling of the pandemic, its purported pro-China bias and subsequent failure to enact reforms.

Alas, not so fast.

Last Friday, Bloomberg issued the first "new wave" covid alert, targeting the UK, and writing that "after 19 months spent attempting to ward off Covid-19 while safeguarding jobs and businesses, the U.K. is heading into winter with a growing problem: The coronavirus is spreading rapidly, just as the economy starts going in the opposite direction."

According to the report, "U.K. cases are accelerating faster than in other western European nations, while deaths have jumped to their highest since March." And while UK government ministers are having to deny they are planning for a new lockdown, "at the same time, economic growth is slowing, inflation is running high, the Bank of England is expected to hike rates soon and households are facing a cost-of-living crisis."

In short, a new wave of covid - whether real or imagined - is about to be unleashed on the UK at the worst possible time, just as the BOE may be about to hike rates in a matter of weeks to offset the UK's soaring inflation with 5Y breakevens hitting the highest level this century.

In a separate interview, Blania told TechCrunch that the coin is part of a more significant effort to build a more equitable global economy driven by cryptocurrencies, AI, and the internet.

"[Worldcoin] started with a discussion that universal basic income will eventually be something that is very important to the world, and in general, getting access to the internet economy will be much more important than is obvious at this point," she said.

While the intentions of Worldcoin sound great, to solve some of the worst wealth inequality the world has ever seen, primarily because of central banks and their unorthodox monetary injections, the question that remains is what Worldcoin will do with a database of irises?

It's important to note that there are eight body parts other than fingerprints that make an individual unique. One of them is the iris.

With enough people driven into poverty because of COVID over the last 19 months, handing out free crypto might be the easiest way to build a biometric database. Then what? Sell it off to a government or spy agency?

Deleted UK Government Report Celebrates How Public Loves To "Conform"

A deleted government report exploring how to make the public alter its behavior to accept the new ‘green economy’ reveals how COVID-19 restrictions have created a population with a “deep set reverence” for authority and a “powerful tendency to conform.”

The report was inadvertently published by the British government before being hastily pulled down, but numerous journalists were able to retrieve its contents.

The document explored how to weaponize behavioral psychology to ‘nudge’ the public into supporting measures and adopting behavior without them explicitly knowing they’re being manipulated.

The investigation found that the same techniques the government used to force people into accepting lockdown could be used to make them change their lifestyles in the name of preventing climate change.

Under the heading “principles for successful behaviour,” the paper noted;

“Government statements, actions and laws powerfully shape perceptions of normative and acceptable behaviour. For instance, even with public criticism being high, many still perceived government approval as the yardstick for safe behaviour during COVID-19 ‘we’re allowed to do this now [so must be safe]…’. This reveals, for many, a deep set reverence for legitimate government authority, regardless of one’s personal political views.”

While PR stunts such as having officials vaccinated live on television worked to convince people of the narrative, elite hypocrisy (public officials violating lockdown rules) was found to cause significant damage to public trust.

“Perceived hypocrisy can do a lot to undermine efforts to build public engagement and support. This was observed during the COVID-19 pandemic when prominent authority figures broke guidelines, leading to measurable reductions in public compliance as well as shifting attitudes.”

“Green politics has similar deep-seated reputational issues with elite hypocrisy,” notes Breitbart.

185 Employees Leave Los Alamos Nuclear Weapons Lab Due to Vaccine Mandate

The New Mexico lab that produced the world’s first nuclear bomb lost 185 employees as a vaccine mandate deadline expired on Oct. 22, according to a lawsuit (pdf) filed against the operator of the facility the same day.

An additional 153 employees at the Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) were placed on leave without pay or are using vacation pay because they obtained a religious exemption, the lawsuit says. Twenty-six employees were granted medical exemptions.

The lawsuit cited an article by Los Alamos Reporter, which says that the numbers were disclosed during an all-hands meeting at the lab on Oct. 21.

The lab employs nearly 14,000 workers. Two-thirds of all the work at the facility is focused on weapons programs. Nearly one in five of the employees at the lab hold Ph.D. degrees. Triad National Security LLC operates the complex as a contractor for the federal government.

Approximately 85 percent of the LANL workforce had been vaccinated against the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus as of Aug. 23, when management announced a vaccine mandate, according to an internal email (pdf). The FDA granted full approval for the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine on the same day.

A month later, on Sept. 20, LANL President Thomas Mason said an additional 1,000 employees had been vaccinated.

Barack Obama Calls Outcry over Loudoun County Rape Coverup ‘Phony, Trumped-Up Culture War’

Former President Barack Obama campaigned for former Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe on Saturday, urging voters to dismiss controversial issues raised by parents of children in public schools.

Parents in Virginia and around the country are furious over a report of a female student who was allegedly raped by a “gender fluid” boy in a in a public school girls’ bathroom in Loudoun County.

They were even more furious after the Loudoun County school system tried to cover up the assault, and prosecute the victims father for speaking out during a school board meeting. The 14-year-old was arrested in July and charged with two counts of forcible sodomy.

Obama dismissed the recent controversies as “fake outrage,” and “trumped-up culture wars” although he did not specifically refer to the incident. Parents are also deeply upset by efforts to implement critical race theory into the public school curriculum.

“We don’t have time to be wasted on these phony trumped-up culture wars, this fake outrage, the right-wing media’s pedals to juice their ratings,” Obama said.

Republican candidate for governor Glenn Youngkin has focused on the incident as evidence that major reforms are needed in public schools to protect children.

Obama argued that Youngkin was campaigning on the outrage, rather than talking about “serious problems that actually affect serious people.”

“That’s a shame,” he said. “That’s not what this election is about. That’s not what you need Virginia.

Obama also accused Youngkin of fueling “conspiracy theories” that led to the Capitol Hill protest on January 6.

“Either he actually believes in the same conspiracy theories that resulted in a mob, or he doesn’t believe it but he is willing to go along with it, to say or do anything to get elected,” Obama said. “And maybe that’s worse … because that says something about character.”

Hillary Clinton Insists It’s ‘Imperative’ Boris Johnson Mandates Vaccine Passports in UK

Failed U.S. presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has called on British Prime Minister Boris Johnson to “mandate vaccines” and to force companies to fire employees who do not take the jab.

Appearing on the BBC’s Andrew Marr Show on Sunday, Mrs Clinton advocated strongly for vaccine passports and even mandates, apparently to prevent another government lockdown in the UK.

“I do think it is imperative that the prime minister do what he can to stop the rise in Covid in the UK. He doesn’t need to shut the society down but he does need to mandate vaccines,” she said.

Asked to clarify whether she meant mandating vaccine passports for entry to nightclubs and other social settings, Mrs Clinton said, “yes”, before adding “and employers”, continuing to claim that bosses should demand vaccination of their staff, otherwise the UK may face “problems” heading into the winter months.

“I think you have got to make it clear that we are not going to go back into lockdown — that is not going to happen. But, if you don’t get vaccinated, if you don’t have proof of vaccination if you go into a club or a restaurant, and employers don’t enforce vaccines, we may see some problems, here, in the UK, when the weather gets colder and people are forced back inside again,” she said.

The 73-year-old former Secretary of State has been spending more time in the United Kingdom ahead of the upcoming COP26 climate summit in Scotland. Last month, she drew heckles of “war criminal” as she was attending an event ushering her in as the first female Chancellor of Queen’s University Belfast, in Northern Ireland.

The former New York senator, who failed twice to ascend to the presidency, advocated for the UK to take up the stringent controls seen in her adopted home state, noting that “all of the big health systems” and hospitals in New York have mandated vaccines.

Mrs Clinton unsympathetically referenced an instance in which Northwell Health, the largest healthcare provider in the state of New York, which employs over 76,000 people, fired 1,400 workers earlier this month for failing to get vaccinated against the Chinese coronavirus.

Shortly before resigning in disgrace, Former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo (D) imposed a mandate for all healthcare workers in the state to be vaccinated as a condition of employment “with limited exceptions for those with religious or medical reasons”.

While the UK had experienced some of the harshest lockdown restrictions in the Western World during the initial year of the Chinese pandemic, England has so far escaped some of the draconian steps taken in Democrat-controlled states such as New York, including the imposition of vaccine passports.

U.N. Warns of Global ‘Famine, Chaos, Terrorism and… War’ if COP26 Climate Summit Fails

Any failure by the Cop26 summit in Glasgow to deliver an agreement on future trans-national climate controls could plunge the world into chaos, sparking migration crises alongside food shortages, political disorder and war, the U.N.’s top climate official warned Sunday.

Patricia Espinosa, executive secretary of the U.N. Framework Convention on Climate Change, made her bleak prediction ahead of the opening of the convention on November 1.

As some 30,000 people from 197 different countries ready to fly in to the meeting, she warned:

We’re really talking about preserving the stability of countries, preserving the institutions that we have built over so many years, preserving the best goals that our countries have put together.

The catastrophic scenario would indicate that we would have massive flows of displaced people.

The Mexican politician and diplomat then drew a broader, bleaker picture for the planet if attendees fail to heed U.N. warnings. She said the impact would cascade, adding: “It would mean less food, so probably a crisis in food security. It would leave a lot more people vulnerable to terrible situations, terrorist groups and violent groups. It would mean a lot of sources of instability.”

Espinosa told the Observer newspaper in an interview: “It doesn’t only speak to the environmental side. It is also about the whole system we have built. We know what migration crises have provoked in the past. If we were to see that in even higher numbers – not only international migration, but also internal migration – [it would] provoke very serious problems.”

The chapter president of a fraternity at the University of Southern California has been suspended following allegations that women were drugged and sexually assaulted at the group's frat house.

LAPD officials identified Ryan Schiffilea as the suspended president of the Epsilon Omicron Chapter of Sigma Nu Fraternity at the center of the explosive allegations, according to KCBS-TV.

The allegations cover two separate incidents: one from a party last month in which five women reported that their drinks were spiked with drugs, and another from last weekend in which a sexual assault was reported, which is under police investigation.

In a crime alert issued Thursday, the USC Department of Public Safety said campus officials received 'a report of sexual assault' over the weekend at the Sigma Nu fraternity house located at 660 West 28th Street.

'The university also has received reports of drugs being placed into drinks during a party at the same fraternity house, leading to possible drug-facilitated sexual assaults,' according to the alert.

According to an incident log, at least five women reported being drugged at a Sigma Nu party in September.

USC officials have placed the Sigma Nu fraternity chapter on interim suspension following the allegations, meaning the group cannot host any activities at the fraternity house.

In a statement released on Friday, the chapter acknowledged that they had a 'lack of communication' about the allegations, but said it was because they are 'going through the legal process.'

'We take all of this information very seriously and we remain committed to direct opposition to abuse, harassment, and assault in any form,' the chapter said.

'We are also committed to taking appropriate accountability and disciplinary action in response to any confirmed occurrence of member wrongdoing,' the group added.

Joe Biden goes on national TV, demands all Unvaccinated police and first responders be fired if they refuse vaccine

President Biden on Thursday said police officers and first responders who refuse the COVID-19 vaccine should stay home and be fired.

Speaking during a presidential CNN town hall, moderator Anderson Cooper noted that as many as one in three emergency responders in some major cities are refusing to comply with city vaccine mandates.

“I’m wondering where you stand on that,” Cooper said. “Should police officers, first responders be mandated to get vaccines? And if not, should they be mandated to stay at home, let go?”

Congress Faces Decision on Military Justice Overhaul

Lawmakers are poised to finally overhaul the military justice system in an attempt to ease an epidemic of sexual assaults following years of failed Pentagon efforts, though it remains to be seen how far they will go.

Both the House and Senate have proposed changes to the Uniform Code of Military Justice, or UCMJ, meant to reduce the violence through a new legal process that eliminates influence on prosecutions by commanders. The two chambers are aiming to put legislation in the annual must-pass defense policy bill.

But only the Senate supports broader changes that would remove all felony-level crimes, not just sex crimes, from the chain of command. The more extensive reforms are backed by Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, a New York Democrat who has pushed to remove command influence from sex assault prosecutions for years.

House Armed Services Committee Chairman Adam Smith, D-Wash., told Military.com this week he believes the various camps are already narrowing their differences, based partly on talks with Gillibrand, and an agreement may be near.

"We're all moving towards getting sexual assault cases and all sex crimes out of the hands of the commander and into the hands of a special prosecutor," Smith added. "And I think we're pretty close on getting an agreement on the details."

But Gillibrand said in an interview with Military.com that she is concerned that the leaders of Congress' armed services committees four white men still could nix some of her proposals when they eventually negotiate a final bill behind closed doors later this year.

As part of the annual defense bill process, a final compromise version will be hammered out by Smith; Senate Armed Services Committee Chairman Jack Reed, D-R.I.; House Armed Services Committee ranking member Rep. Mike Rogers, R-Ala.; and Senate Armed Services Committee ranking member Sen. Jim Inhofe, R-Okla.

"We have the vast majority of senators who support our provision," Gillibrand said. "But again, once those doors are closed, and four men will be in conference, they will make their own judgments, and I will not be in that room to fight for survivors or fight for this preferred reform."

Satellite Images: Attack on US Al-Tanf Garrison In Syria Inflicted Some Serious Damage

The October 20 attack on the US al-Tanf Garrison in southeastern Syria had inflicted some serious material damage, new satellite images show.

The images, which were released on October 24, confirmed that at least three sections of the garrison were hit; the barracks, the main building complex and a structure located right next to the main communication tower.

The garrison was targeted with suicide drones and rockets. The attack was reportedly launched simultaneously from Syria and Iraq.

Around some 200 US troops are currently deployed in al-Tanf garrison to block a strategic highway that links the Syrian capital, Damascus, with Baghdad, the capital of Iraq. One of the US main proxies in Syria, the Revolutionary Commando Army, is also based there.

Iranian-backed forces in Syria and Iraq were unofficially blamed for the attack on al-Tanf. A few days before the attack, the forces vowed to response “very harshly” to the October 13 Israeli airstrikes on central Syria, which were launched from the airspace of al-Tanf.

The US Central Command has not made any accusations, yet. However, it maintained its “right to respond” at the time and place of its choosing.

Fauci Earns More Than Any Other Federal Employee. His Job? ‘Prevent Pandemics’

According to a recent Forbes investigation, Dr. Anthony Fauci earns $432,312 — more than roughly 4.3 million other federal employees, including President Biden. Fauci received steep pay hikes for research he oversaw on biodefense, or as Forbes put it, “Fauci was paid to prevent pandemics.”

A recent Forbes investigation looked at how Dr. Anthony Fauci became the highest paid federal employee, with an annual salary significantly higher than the President of the United States.

According to Forbes, with a 2020 salary of $432,312, Fauci out-earned not only the U.S. president ($400,000), but also four-star generals in the military ($282,000) and roughly 4.3 million other federal employees.

How? Fauci received steep pay hikes over the years for research he oversaw on biodefense, or as Forbes put it, “Fauci was paid to prevent pandemics.”

In 2004, during the George Bush Administration, Fauci received a whopping 68% pay increase, from $200,000 to $335,000 a year.

Documents obtained by OpenTheBooks.com via Freedom of Information Act requests show Fauci’s “permanent pay adjustment” was carried forward through 2020.

According to the documents, Fauci’s pay raise was to “appropriately compensate him for the level of responsibility … especially as it relates to his work on biodefense research activities.”

As Forbes points out, the biodefense research Fauci was paid handsomely for overseeing — which was primarily to “prevent pandemics” — is the same gain-of-function research responsible for creating pandemic pathogens that much of the scientific community condemned as too risky.

Worker Exposes How Pigs Are Fed Plastic And Paper And Got Fired For Doing So — Claim

In 1906, Upton Sinclair’s novel The Jungle had painted a graphically horrifying world of meat factories filled with rampant vermin, foul odors, and even human remains used as animal feed. It had pressed then-President Theodore Roosevelt to establish the foundations of the Food and Drug Administration.

Recently, a TikTok video has gone viral because of a similar scene. This time the man claims it’s real, too, and not just a work of fiction.

The Alarming Claim That Pigs Are Fed Plastic

TikToker @gmfmusik, whose real name is Kash Moore, had posted several videos dating back to June. The posts have garnered well over several million views. More recently, the posts had gone viral once more after they were shared by @puppospraxis, another TikToker. Here is a compilation of his videos:

In the video, Moore describes how pig feed is usually made from food waste. However, the waste also regularly includes other kinds of garbage. He implied that harmful non-edible material like paper and plastic would find their way into the feed for pigs at some farms.

In the first video he had posted back in June, Moore had explained that all the food waste was from several sources: cookie places, bakeries, businesses, etc. Two days after that, he posted another video backing up his claim. In that one, he showed some more waste and this time there was paper and plastic visibly present in it. He claimed that this was all going to be mushed into pig feed.

He further clarifies that whether there was plastic or anything else, it did not really matter. The camera panned and showed the entire unit. The waste was being delivered into an industrial grinder. Then it is cooked and finally transformed into grains. At the time of writing, the video has gathered over 22 million views.

Moore’s page repeatedly insisted that this is the waste that was being transformed into feed for pigs. This meant that pork meat would eventually have the same harmful elements, like microplastics. Moore further said that the final feed is put through a shaker to try to separate out the plastic. However, he emphasized the word “try”.

Shortly afterward, he claimed to have been fired by his company for sharing the videos. Moore then opened a fundraising page on GoFundMe.com. The mission is to “support the exposure”. The goal is set to $10,000, and at the time of writing, $738 has been raised. However, no further explanations are available as to how the fund would help in spreading the exposure.

Several other TikTokers supported his video. @puppospraxis’s captioned the share as “Big AG feeds pigs plastic”.
