“What Am I Doing?” He Asks

>CLUSTERFUCK NATION – October 22, 2021

If you want a picture of things converging toward an unfortunate outcome, imagine “Joe Biden” playing chicken with the future of the nation. Trouble is, the future is a very big thing — so big, you can’t see where it ends — while “Joe Biden” is one mere mortal, small and feeble… and the old jalopy he’s driving looks like it’s veering off the road….

The net effect is that life will go on in ways as-yet-undetermined upon this land-mass between the great oceans, but the vehicle “Joe Biden” is driving will end up a smoldering wreck, upside down in a drainage ditch with the phragmites and discarded Bud Lite cans. The passengers in the back seat are the economy and the social order of the USA, lying motionless with eyes Xed out in the twisted wreckage.

Ol’ White “Joe” did a “Town Hall” performance Thursday night, staged to demonstrate that he was in command of things, with a roster of carefully-vetted ringers chosen to pitch him softball questions on events du jour. Whose idea was that? And what sort of desperation prompted it? Answer No. 1: the claque of puppeteers watching the death-spiral of their wicked schemes to consolidate power forever; and No.2: a manifold collapse of the scaffold barely holding up something that resembles normal life in the USA.

The Leader of the Free World wandered the stage, sometimes oddly circling his interlocutor, Anderson Cooper of CNN, who had to step in and rescue the maundering “Joe B,” when he lost himself in thickets of talking points that no amount of rehearsal could avail to untangle. “What am I doing?” he asked more than once, but no one on the scene volunteered to remind him. The “president” frequently assumed poses that signified some kind of gross cognitive dysfunction: head turned down to the floor with his eyes shut… strange, mincing steps in the direction of a fugitive thought… fists balled like a two-year-old resisting some simple instruction… There was a robotic quality to the act, too, as “JB” repeated his place-holder phrase “Here’s the deal” to preface each flight into the murky jargon of Build Back Better.

It fell short of convincing anyone about who was in charge of the nation’s affairs at a very sketchy moment in history, and at the end Ol’ “Joe” just ran down like a three-dollar gyroscope. In his most lost moments, such as when AC inaptly tried to prompt him on the border crisis — “I guess I should go down,” he admitted dolefully — the “POTUS” directed the cameras to his wife in the audience, saying, “Jill’s been down there!” We were supposed to conclude that she’d fixed all that for us.

>“What Am I Doing?” He Asks

>CLUSTERFUCK NATION – October 22, 2021

The exercise was also obviously designed to turn up the heat on the two renegade senators, Joe Manchin (WVA) and Kyrsten Sinema (AZ), who are disinclined to vote for the trillions of dollars in pending proposed legislation to drop money from helicopters all over the land and save the economy — and impose all manner of janky surveillance measures and vote-rigging scams on the country. The Obama-led claque behind all the White House fakery wants to cram this down the country’s craw before things go so far south that Americans start to think they’re living in Tierra del Fuego.

I doubt that the Townhall stunt helped on that, and then there is the crucial Governor’s race in the Beltway state of Virginia, where swaybacked Democrat war-horse Terry McAuliffe made the possibly fatal error — in a state tormented by school-board politics — of saying, “Parents shouldn’t tell schools what to teach.” You can’t overstate how damaging that utterance was to the whole Woke Democrat hustle. All that monkey business is in the rumble seat of the jalopy that Joe Biden is driving into the ditch.

The public’s view of this panoramic debacle is apt to flip starkly in the days ahead as five years of mind-fuckery ends in this national drunken driving incident. China may postpone the Evergrande unwind a few weeks longer, but its economy is foundering on the more fundamental energy quandary — it doesn’t have enough fossil fuels to run the joint — and there’s no prospect the situation will improve, meaning that the world will get less of all of the stuff that China was making. In short, Globalism is winding down, and standards of living are sinking with that. The capital markets are gravid with terror over it.

Meanwhile, the West is seeing the first signs that the Covid-19 vaccines it went cuckoo for may be producing a strange phenomenon of “excess mortality” around the world. Suspiciously higher rates of heart attacks, vascular disorders, cancer, and other bad stuff. It’s downright spooky. In Scotland, for instance, the vaccination rate is 87 percent and weekly deaths are up 30 percent. Pandemic reporter Alex Berenson said on TV that non-Covid-19 deaths were significantly higher everywhere, and he mused out loud that there was some connection between this and the vaccines. Uh oh.

Social media, network media, and legacy print media do not want that story getting around. Some of the most deranged Wokesters across this land greeted the debut of the mRNA vaccines like a holy jubilee of salvation (and still do!). What happens in their psyches when the darn thing bites them in the ass? There’s a fair chance we’re going to find out, and soon.

DR. FAUCI Congress Wants Answers … FOR BEAGLE PUPPY RESEARCH FUNDING

>2,159 views | Oct 24, 2021

Dr. Fauci might be getting grilled anew – Congress wants to know why his branch of the NIH allegedly funded research that saw puppies being tortured in the name of science.

A bombshell report from The Hill based on docs a nonprofit called the White Coat Waste Project claims to have obtained via FOIA suggests the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases partially funded experiments being conducted in Tunisia between late 2018 and early 2019, in which upwards of nearly 4 dozen young beagles were being killed

WCWP alleges these docs show the NIAID, under the umbrella of the NIH, paid anywhere between $375k up to $1.68 million in grant money for drug research … which was apparently being carried out on 44 puppies, this despite the fact the FDA condemns such practice.

Some of the twisted experiments alleged to have been carried out include putting puppies' heads into mesh containers, and letting sand flies eat them alive. Some of the puppies are also said to have been left out in the desert overnight for 9 days straight – where there, too, they were devoured by the infectious flies … which can carry deadly viruses.

The lab workers are alleged to have silenced the dogs' barking by surgically removing their vocal cords, so they could work in peace. As a result of these ghastly claims, 24 members of the House of Representatives have fired off a letter demanding accountability.

Rep. Nancy Mace (R) led the charge, but got support from several colleagues across the aisle … including signatures from Reps. Ted Lieu, Cindy Axne, Steve Cohen, Jimmy Gomez, Josh Gottheimer, Lucille Roybal-Allard, Mike Quigley, Terri Sewell and other Dems.

They wanna find out what the NIAID knew as it relates to what they were paying for, and how taxpayer funds could possibly be used this way.

'Arrest Fauci': Hashtag goes viral after the latest Fauci controversy

>58,633 views | Oct 24, 2021 | Sky News Australia

The phrase #ArrestFauci was the highest trending hashtag on Twitter in the US on Sunday as the beleaguered immunologist faces multiple scandals.

Many Twitter users reacted in disgust after it emerged the National Institutes of Health (NIH), which Dr Anthony Fauci oversees, reportedly partially funded cruel research involving dogs.

Republican South Carolina Representative Nancy Mace released a letter, signed by Democrats and Republicans, calling for an investigation into the NIH after revelations a laboratory in Tunisia conducted cruel experiments on dogs.

“According to documents obtained via a Freedom of Information Act request by taxpayer watchdog group White Coat Waste Project, and subsequent media coverage from October 2018 until February 2019, NIAID spent $1.68 million in taxpayer funds on drug tests involving 44 beagle puppies,” the letter read.

Score Electoral District Maps

Evaluate their fairness.

Most of our federal and state legislators are elected from districts. Every ten years, state governments redraw district boundaries in a process known as redistricting. PlanScore promotes fairness in the redistricting process. We make it easy for policymakers and advocates to score new district maps and assess whether they’re fair or gerrymandered. We also provide access to the most comprehensive historical dataset of partisan gerrymandering ever assembled. As the 2021 redistricting cycle unfolds, PlanScore will collect and analyze new district plans, which you can view in our Library.

PlanScore is a project of Campaign Legal Center, a nonpartisan organization working to advance democracy though law. For media inquiries, please email us.

At Campaign Legal Center (CLC), we are advancing democracy through law, fighting for every American’s right to participate in the democratic process. CLC uses tactics such as litigation, policy advocacy, communications and partnerships to win victories that result in a more transparent, accountable and inclusive democracy. Our long-term goal is a government responsive to the people.

CLC’s commitment is to democracy, not to any political party or to any particular electoral result. We think about systemic impact when we choose which work to pursue, but we work at all levels of government to introduce innovative ideas that will drive significant change or set an important legal precedent. Our priority is engaging and driving action – whether in the courtroom, newsroom or statehouse.

CLC’s knowledge of election law matters is unmatched. Peer organizations, journalists and government officials rely on our analysis and legal skills. It is our expertise and non-partisanship, combined with the cases and issues we strategically choose, that ensures we make the largest impact possible.

>Chesa Boudin

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chesa_Boudin

Chesa Boudin (born August 21, 1980) is an American lawyer. He has served as the 29th district attorney of San Francisco since January 8, 2020. He has previously served as Deputy Public Defender of San Francisco.

Boudin was born in New York City to Jewish parents.[4] His parents, Kathy Boudin and David Gilbert, were Weather Underground members, both convicted of murder.[5]

When Boudin was 14 months old, his parents were arrested for murder in their role as getaway car drivers in the Brink's robbery of 1981 in Rockland County, New York.[4][6] His mother was sentenced to 20 years to life[7] and his father to 75 years to life for the felony murders of two police officers and a security guard.[8] After his parents were incarcerated, Boudin was raised in Chicago by adoptive parents Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn, who, like his parents, had been members of the Weather Underground.[9] Boudin reports that he did not learn to read until age 9.[10] Kathy Boudin was released under parole supervision in 2003.[6][11]

Boudin descends from a long left-wing lineage. His great-grand-uncle, Louis B. Boudin,[12] was a Marxist theoretician and author of a two-volume history of the Supreme Court's influence on American government, and his grandfather Leonard Boudin was an attorney who represented controversial clients such as Fidel Castro and Paul Robeson.[13] His uncle Michael Boudin[12] is a judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and Michael Boudin's uncle Isidor Feinstein Stone was an independent journalist.[12][14]

Boudin entered St Antony's College, Oxford, on a Rhodes Scholarship in 2003.[5] At Oxford, he earned two master's degrees, one in forced migration and the other in public policy in Latin America. He earned his Juris Doctor from Yale Law School in 2011[15] and began work for the San Francisco Public Defender's Office as a post-doctoral fellow in 2012.[6]

Before law school, Boudin traveled to Venezuela and served as a translator in the Venezuelan Presidential Palace during the administration of Hugo Chavez.[16]

After law school, from 2011 to 2012, Boudin served as a law clerk to M. Margaret McKeown on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.[17] He was a 2012–2013 Liman Fellow at the San Francisco Public Defender's Office,[18] and in 2013 and 2014, he served as a clerk to Charles Breyer on the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.[19] In 2015, Boudin began working full time at the San Francisco Public Defender's Office as a deputy public defender.[20] While there, he argued on behalf of the office's clients that California's bail system is unconstitutional, leading to the published case In re Kenneth Humphrey, in which the state's First District Court of Appeals held that judges must give consideration to a defendant's ability to pay before setting bail.[21]

Boudin also serves on the board of the Civil Rights Corps,[22] a national non-profit organization, and is on the board of Restore Justice, a non-profit based in California.[23]

‘Banning my song means banning my art,’ Rapper Bryson Gray tells RT

>623 views | Oct 25, 2021

The anti-Joe Biden song ‘Let’s Go Brandon’ has topped the hip-hop charts in the US. This is despite it being banned by YouTube, which removed it citing ‘medical misinformation’ content. The rapper behind the hit, Bryson Gray, has accused the social media of stifling free speech.

Two San Francisco Prosecutors Quit, Join Effort to Recall City's DA

Why a progressive prosecutor just left D.A. Chesa Boudin's office and joined the recall effort

>Oct. 24, 2021

Sitting on a bench in Golden Gate Park on a recent afternoon, Brooke Jenkins made clear the city’s raging debate over crime and how District Attorney Chesa Boudin responds to it is more complicated than left versus right.

Jenkins, a former homicide prosecutor, just quit. Her last day was Oct. 15. She’s now one of about 50 attorneys — roughly a third of the office — to leave since January 2020, when Boudin took charge.

But Jenkins’ decision to speak out about what she views as chaotic management, high turnover and ideologically driven decisions at the D.A.’s office sets her apart in the normally tight-lipped criminal justice community. And so does her new role: volunteering for the campaign to recall her former boss.

Jenkins, 40, is Black and Latina and — like Boudin — describes herself as a progressive prosecutor who has long sought alternatives to incarceration. She told me she agrees with the central tenet of Boudin’s campaign: that the criminal justice system is racist and needs reform.

But she disagrees with what she sees as Boudin prioritizing ideology and politics over the day-to-day handling of cases, which she said has yielded an unorganized office, plummeting morale and bad outcomes for victims and their families.

It’s important to note that this is personal for Jenkins. One of those families was her husband’s — devastated by the slaying last year of his 18-year-old cousin and what the family views as an ineffective prosecution of his alleged killers.

“The D.A.’s office now is a sinking ship,” she said. “It’s like the Titanic, and it’s taking public safety along with it.”

Since taking office 21 months ago, Boudin has become one of the most polarizing public figures in San Francisco — so much so that a recall of him is likely to qualify for the ballot after the campaign filed 83,487 signatures Friday, 32,000 more than needed.

Up to this point, Boudin has been mostly criticized by residents concerned about crime and by the traditionally conservative police officers union. Less than two years into his tenure, he’s been blamed unfairly for everything from Walgreens closures to long-rampant car break-ins.

But this is the first time critics inside his office — including Jenkins and two other newly resigned prosecutors — have come forward to take issue with his approach to specific cases and his management style. That may pose a significant challenge if the recall goes to voters.

In an interview Friday, Boudin dismissed concerns about high turnover and low morale, saying many attorneys’ offices and workplaces in general are struggling to retain employees as the country emerges from the COVID-19 pandemic. He said he had only four vacancies among 144 prosecutor jobs and is excited about his new hires.

“Obviously high levels of turnover can create short-term problems,” he said. “But it’s great to have new energy and people who are excited about coming to work for the office and serving the city.”

He told me he was surprised by Jenkins’ decision to share her frustrations publicly and work for the campaign to recall him, because he promoted her to the homicide unit.

“Usually when you promote people, they think you have good judgment,” he said.

Supporters of Boudin say the turnover simply reflects growing pains and that reforming a broken criminal justice system is bound to upset some career prosecutors.

Whichever way you lean, people like Jenkins are worth paying attention to. As the most powerful law enforcement officials in San Francisco, Boudin warrants scrutiny — and the way he runs his office day to day, manages people and handles criminal cases couldn’t be more germane to evaluating his job performance.

San Francisco DA Chesa Boudin, Justice Sotomayor’s ‘Great Beacon’

>October 22, 2021

Back in January 2020 when Chesa Boudin was sworn in as San Francisco’s district attorney, I called attention to the strange video of ardent congratulations that Justice Sonia Sotomayor somehow saw fit to provide Boudin. This devastating California Globe account of how retail stores in San Francisco are shutting down amid a “tidal wave” of shoplifting indicates that Boudin isn’t proving to be the “great beacon” that Sotomayor imagined him to be. An excerpt:

Asked if the presence of armed, uniformed police officers [in stores] had any deterrent effect on thieves, one officer was blunt in his assessment.

“They don’t care. There’s no consequences. Literally zero consequences. I’ve kicked out… I’ve been here since 9 AM today. I probably have already kicked out eight or nine people and I’ve recovered a thousand dollars worth of stuff alone off of that. Whether we kick them out, tell them they can’t come back, whether I put them in handcuffs and take them down to the county jail—there is no difference. Because they will not be prosecuted by the district attorney. Therefore, there is nothing documented that they can’t come back here. You know, they get no time in jail to think about what they did, right? There is zero consequence. And that’s why in this store the same exact people come in every other day and in the city the same couple percent of people are the same people committing all the car break-ins, all the robberies and all the shootings, any aggravated assaults right in town where there’s more street people, people fighting. It’s all the same exact people, and there are zero consequences. Therefore you take them to jail they get out of jail. They do it again. It’s a big circle.”

83,000+ Signatures Submitted to Force SF District Attorney Chesa Boudin into Recall Election

>Bigad Shaban and Robert Campos 1 day ago

The NBC Bay Area Investigative Unit has learned more than 83,000 signatures have been submitted to election officials to force San Francisco District Attorney Chesa Boudin into a recall election during next year’s June Primary.

While the San Francisco Department of Elections must first certify the signatures within the next month, organizers hoping to oust Boudin submitted 83,487 signatures, which is 32,162 more than the 51,325 signatures that are required to put the recall issue on the ballot.

“It says a lot about the anger and the fear that San Franciscans have about what’s going on in the community,” said Mary Jung, who co-chairs the Safer SF Without Boudin campaign. “People are still calling us wanting to know whether or not they can sign today to be part of the signatures being turned in.”

District Attorney Seemed to Acknowledge Inevitable Recall Election by Holding Anti-Recall Rally

On Thursday, Boudin seemed to hint the recall was inevitable by holding his own anti-recall rally.

He told supporters he has followed through on his campaign promises, including reducing the number of juveniles in jail. He also vowed to fight the recall effort.

“This has nothing to do with the facts or the real challenges our communities are facing,” he told his supporters. “This has everything to do with disrespecting the will of the people.”

If the recall question goes to the ballot next June and voters decide to fire the district attorney, Mayor London Breed would be responsible for appointing an interim replacement until a permanent district attorney could be elected next November.

Assange’s fiancee and WikiLeaks editor-in-chief hold presser ahead of extradition

>2,132 views | Streamed live 2 hours ago

Ruptly is live from London on Monday, October 25 as Julian Assange’s fiancee Stella Moris and WikiLeaks editor-in-chief Kristinn Hrafnsson hold a media briefing ahead of Assange's US extradition appeal hearing.

The hearing on the US appeal of the court's previous decision to block the extradition of Julian Assange will take place at the Royal Court of Justice in London on Wednesday, October 27. The appeal was filed after British Judge Vanessa Baraister ruled Assange should not be extradited, saying there's a great risk that he will commit suicide in US prison.

As WikiLeaks founder, Assange faces criminal charges for publishing classified information. He was arrested by British police on 11 April 2019, after taking refuge at the Ecuadorian embassy for nearly seven years, where he was granted asylum.

Ok, I will define CRT. It teaches the most important thing about you is your race and that you are defined by it. If your white, your automatically priveleged, even if your poor, and that if your a minority, you won't succeed in life because the system is against you. It also says everyone is inheritantly rascist, espcially white people, and that systematic rascism exists in the US which is untrue. It says the foundstion of america was built on only slavery and that america started in 1619 not 1776. Its a horrible ideology and shouldn't be taught to 5 yr olds.

DARPA LifeLog

From Infogalactic: the planetary knowledge core

LifeLog was a project of the Information Processing Techniques Office of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) of the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD). According to its bid solicitation pamphlet, it was to be "an ontology-based (sub)system that captures, stores, and makes accessible the flow of one person's experience in and interactions with the world in order to support a broad spectrum of associates/assistants and other system capabilities." The objective of the LifeLog concept was "to be able to trace the 'threads' of an individual's life in terms of events, states, and relationships", and it has the ability to "take in all of a subject's experience, from phone numbers dialed and e-mail messages viewed to every breath taken, step made and place gone."[1]

Goals and capabilities

"LifeLog aims to compile a massive electronic database of every activity and relationship a person engages in. This is to include credit card purchases, web sites visited, the content of telephone calls and e-mails sent and received, scans of faxes and postal mail sent and received, instant messages sent and received, books and magazines read, television and radio selections, physical location recorded via wearable GPS sensors, biomedical data captured through wearable sensors, The high level goal of this data logging is to identify "preferences, plans, goals, and other markers of intentionality."[2]

The DARPA program was canceled in 2004 after criticism from civil libertarians concerning the privacy implications of the system.

Generically, the term lifelog or flog is used to describe a storage system that can automatically and persistently record and archive some informational dimension of an object's (object lifelog) or user's (user lifelog) life experience in a particular data category.

News reports in the media described LifeLog as the "diary to end all diaries — a multimedia, digital record of everywhere you go and everything you see, hear, read, say and touch."[3]

According to U.S. government officials, LifeLog is not connected with Total Information Awareness.[3]
