Please help with understanding: Assange and Wikileaks did NOT hack, steal or otherwise commit an identifiable crime beyond being Accused of publicizing information carried or otherwise brought to him/Wikileaks?

And yet HE is the one being held in a cage and otherwise tortured for TALKING and WRITING about, and PUBLISHING the Crimes perpetrated by others… particularly, the crimes perpetrated by government actors who are also in charge of the Holding Cages, and Courts, and Media, and The System which simply does not like that Assange publicized [their] Crimes?

NOT in violation of the 3rd Amendment (because I invite them), any Marine (Navy, Army, Airforce for that matter) who departs or is ‘kicked out of’ the U.S. Armed Forces because they don’t want weird shit injected under their skin, is welcome to camp out on my farm.

Two ways to view this:

In one hand the US Military becomes hobbled in its ability to protect our nation from [those/they] out-side. However, in the other hand, That Military will be powerless, a complete shitshow, to be effective against America inside if that is what [they] had in mind.
