Seems to me it was written (as most of Q is) to be multi-purpose and encapsulate mult times/events/concepts. As such, "MN" preceding 26 (23+1+1+1) might be deciphered as "subtract preceding value from subsequent value" to get 1? "10/26"?
Speaking of "mult" interpretations, just noticed "NCAT" there, which could also be "ECAT"… off-grid, ~free energy would certainly be nice at some point, but guessing near-term is gonna see more like "no energy."
