I believe Meadows is as corrupt as they come, there are so many in Congress that are crooked as a 3 dollar bill, he's allegedly running interference for their criminal cartel to keep the money laundering and tax evasion rackets going.

Also, it's not just the Clinton Foundation, but this was the prototype for many other worldwide non profits, et al, to follow in their footsteps which I believe they've done for almost 2 decades.
