49 “I have come to bring fire on the earth, and how I wish it were already kindled! 50 But I have a baptism to undergo, and what constraint I am under until it is completed! 51 Do you think I came to bring peace on earth? No, I tell you, but division. 52 From now on there will be five in one family divided against each other, three against two and two against three. 53 They will be divided, father against son and son against father, mother against daughter and daughter against mother, mother-in-law against daughter-in-law and daughter-in-law against mother-in-law.”

Satan is a deceiver.
Satan infiltrated the church and deceived many people.
Satan likes to cause chaos and confusion.
If these people were actually filled with the Holy Spirit of God, they would know what they were doing was wrong.

Eli tolerated the misbehavior of his children and God punished him for it.
These fire tenders sound like the Levites of the Old Testament of the Bible. They were the priests. They were not given any territory in Israel and depended on the offerings that were brought to the temple.
Eli was a Levite, a priest. His sons were priests as well and they did evil things that were displeasing to God. Eli tolerated these evil deeds that they did in God's temple. God punished Eli and his sons.
