Exclusive: PETA on Fauci’s NIH – Cruel Animal Experiments ‘Have No Place in the Modern World’

People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) have renewed efforts to hold the National Institutes of Health (NIH) accountable for programs involving monkeys, revealed through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request in February 2020.

Another series of cruel experiments using beagles recently sparked outrage from PETA and lawmakers on Capitol Hill.

“NIH’s cruel and outdated experiments on dogs, monkeys and all other animals have no place in the modern world,” PETA Senior Vice President Kathy Guillermo told Breitbart News. “We urge Congress to support our Research Modernization Deal and direct NIH to support organs-on-a-chip, supercomputers, 3-D tissue models and other cutting-edge methods that will lead to treatments and cures for humans.”

Labor Union Opposes Quickly Moving Containers from Cargo Ships Compounding Supply Chain Crisis

Pacific Maritime Association (PMA), a consortium of 70 companies that negotiates and administers labor agreements with the International Longshore and Warehouse Union (ILWU), has accused ILWU of refusing to allow upgrades in port technology to move “cargo productively,” PMA spokesman Randy James stated.

“With supply chain congestion expected to continue well into next year, we are hopeful this cooperation can extend to the contract negotiations to take place between the PMA and ILWU,” James continued.

Bidenflation Hits Disneyland: Price of Admission Spikes as Much as 9 Percent

Disneyland in Anaheim, California, is hiking the price of admission on most of its tickets, with the most expensive single-day ticket for one park hitting $164, according to the travel site LaughingPlace.com. Overall, prices increased between $5 and $25 for the different tickets on offer, or as much as 8.6 percent.

Guest parking is also going up to $30 per day, from $25, for the park. Hotel self parking is increasing to $35 from $25. Parking cost only 55 cents when Disneyland first opened, which would be the equivalent of $5.63 today, according to a report from Marketwatch.
