Linked the wrong person, I think, but regardless, I can definitely see where you're coming from. It wouldn't be the first time hotels and the like were actually being used as safe houses/gathering spots.

That's what I'm assuming it means if the IPs are consolidated suddenly like that.

 

Which also explains why clown activity has been dropping lately. They've literally been getting picked off.
