Just a thought. Considering all the previous, "dog," comms we've seen, is it possible these assholes are using many of these kids as guinea pigs? The Nazis did similar things. Human guinea pigs.

Well, it seems to me, that anyone who supplies kids, isn't too worried about who they supply them to, nor what they are being used for, as long as they get paid. Multiple possible reasons to buy them. Supplier doesn't really care which reason the buyer wants them for.
