Any DocAnons out there please help, also could use some prayers fellow anons.

Wife anon had the wuflu 16 days ago, wasn’t comfortable taking ivermectin cause we are expecting, only thing she took was Tylenol, pre-natal vit and extra zinc, vit c and d. She’s 14/15 weeks now. She has had dizzy spells which initially were thought to be pregnancy related but had a near syncipal episode at work yesterday. Thankfully being that she’s a nurse in ER she was assessed almost immediately. Got 1 liter fluids and potassium as it was 1 point lower than what the norm is. HR initially in 170’s but decreased to around 100. Mid thirties, not vaxxed and other than two previous pregnancies (full term with two rambunctious kiddos) no other history. ER doc was suspecting pericardial effusion, echo just completed and awaiting results from cardiologist, tech said only thing she sees is a bit of regurgitation (leaky valve?). D-dimer was 1 point elevated (dr said could be from pregnancy). They want to do c/t with contrast to look for PE. I’m concerned with exposing our baby to radiation but feel the benefits outweigh the risks in this situation. Would it be I’ll advised to request anticiagulation therapy and treat for PE without the CT scan confirming? She def feels something is not right, also ER tester her for wuflu with rapid test and cams back pos last night. Her WBC was 2.5 pts elevates last night and today is around 6 (11.5 is high end of test).
