I may have found something worth digging on if people haven't already. The coincidences to Q drops struck me. I will dig but I think there are people here better at it then me.

The Humphrey-Durham Amendment.

The bill requires any drug that is habit-forming or potentially harmful to be dispensed under the supervision of a health practitioner as a prescription drug and must carry the statement, "Caution: Federal law prohibits dispensing without a prescription."

Until this law, there was no requirement that any drug be labeled for sale by prescription only. The amendment defined prescription drugs as those unsafe for self-medication and which should therefore be used only under a doctor's supervision. Legend drugs must be dispensed with direct medical supervision, but over-the-counter drugs can be purchased and used without a prescription.

The law also legalized verbal transmission of prescriptions and provided for the legal right of a pharmacist to refill prescriptions as indicated in a provider's initial prescription.

This amendment was co-sponsored by then Senator (and later Vice President to LBJ after JFK was killed) Hubert H. Humphrey Jr., who was a pharmacist in South Dakota before beginning his political career. The other sponsor of this amendment was Carl Durham, a pharmacist representing North Carolina in the House of Representatives.

The reason I found this is I've always been interested in and digging on the zodiac killer, and I know the recent "we figured out who it was" is bullshit, so I've been looking again.

A couple of things that stand out to me…

The "peek through the pines" card zodiac sent. Look up Pine Gap in Alice Springs, Northern territory Australia. "The station is partly run by the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), US National Security Agency (NSA), and US National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) and is a key contributor to the NSA's global interception effort, which included the ECHELON program."

Another one is the Halloween Card zodiac sent. It has 14 eyes repeated through out it, and "peek a boo!". "Five eyes and Fourteen eyes are two alliances of 5 and 14 countries respectively that agree to share information with one another wherever it is mutually beneficial"

Now this one is weird but it is what lead me to Hubert Humphrey and the Humphrey-Durham act. The "My name is" cypher, which contained 3 ⑧ symbols.
