Racine Sheriff just said he sent this report up the chain of command back in March 2021.
I think he said sent to State Attorney General's office.
And the AG's office WASN"T interested. → Did NOTHING.
I think the Racine Co Sheriff's Office did this presser because → The AG refused to Take Action back in March.
