It appears at times that Biden is quite lucid. At other times? Not so much. Dementia affects different people differently. It can come and go but over a period of time gets perpetually worse. Wifeanon and I have a dear friend who is going through it right now and it is getting worse by the day. To the point now where she is losing control over certain bodily functions and isn't aware of it sometimes. This is a terrible disease.
