Anyone have any info on this clown? I had never heard of him until I had a virtual interview for American Income Life Insurance, and the hiring manager seemed to really stress how much they liked this guy. So, obviously, I did some digging on this fool and to no one's surprise, found these pictures right on his main webpage.

Needless to say, I declined the job. Here is the real kicker though: I'm 99% sure the interviewer was AI. It was a recording (some 'interview', huh?), but something was definitely off about that dude.

Anyway, anybody have any info on this guy? Is he worth a dig or nah? At the very least he looks like he rubs shoulders with the wrong crowd…

You don't find 5HTP in food, that's correct. However, you do find the biochemical precursor, Tryptophan, in a lot of food. Tryptophan is converted by our bodies into 5-HTP, or serotonin. As you said, it's important for neuro-transmission, mood regulation, and digestive health.

You don't need to eat bushes or spend a bunch on supplements though, you'll find plenty of tryptophan at Thanksgiving dinner.
