Found an excellent source of info on all things related to Space-based conflict:

They have an archive of government paperwork relating to the industry, which makes digging convenient. They also have numerous reports that lay out what the current capabilities are (offensive and defensive) by country. There are a few databases that are interesting as well.

The org is basically a think-tank:
