Why shouldn't we vaccinate kids then?

If he was one of the good guys why would he then poison billions of people with his vax? Poisoning people to "wake them up" seems like a way to brutal method.
Especially since a lot of people actually got killed by his poison.

I worked a few years in an animal shelter. I can guarantee you that vaccines work. In the country I worked at there was a huge problem with rabies and parvo. A lot of dogs that got brought to us with injuries had rabies too.
I have never seen a dog vaccinated against rabies having a breakthrough case and I have never seen a puppy vaccinated against parvo having a breakthrough case. One night a dog managed to get out of the quarantine area and the one dog he infected with rabies that night was the one not vaccinated.
Just go and ask your local animal shelter if vaccines work. They will laugh at you.
Also if vaccines are a scam, why do countries vaccinating strays have no rabies problem while the country who do not vaccinate strays always have rabies problems?
