Jayviyohn J. Earley, 19, is charged with Felony Murder (First Degree) and Conspiracy to Commit Robbery (Second Degree). Earley also was charged on October 13, 2021, with Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana (Third Degree) and Possession of a Firearm in Relation to a Drug Offense (Second Degree).

Kweli L. McCants, 20, is charged with Conspiracy to Commit Robbery (Second Degree) and Hindering (Third Degree). McCants also was charged on October 14, 2021, with Possession of a Large Capacity Ammunition Magazine (Fourth Degree) and Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance (Third Degree).

State officials (LIBERAL COCKSUCKERS) have launched a one-time, cash benefit program for those ineligible for last year's federal stimulus programs or unemployment benefits.
Undocumented immigrants (ILLEGAL ALIENS) and other eligible individuals (CRIMINALS) can apply for the Excluded New Jerseyans Fund and receive up to $1,000 and a maximum of $2,000 per household.
The assistance comes after immigrant rights groups (ILLEGAL ALIEN ADVOCATES) across the state demanded financial support for immigrant )ILLEGAL ALIENS) laborers who lost their jobs during the pandemic.
Residents reentering from the justice system (FELONS), immigrants (ILLEGALS) and any other individuals otherwise excluded from federal and state aid emergency aid (LOSERS) can apply to receive funds.
Households with incomes up to $55,000 a year with documented hardship or lost income due to COVID-19 can also apply for assistance.
