Most are deluded,

having been….er,

tricked,

into believing it a harmless,

charming festival.

Also,

it's a way for many parents to live vicariously through their helpless victim children to whom they pass on that demon tradition.

In the defense of that anon,

decrying a Satanic event does not equate to one being "superior".

Christians are called to rebuke such.

It's not an option,

but a duty,

especially to keep their children out of reach of those demons.

Yeah,

I've had fun with it.

We would leave our lights out to indicate non-participation,

and await the inevitable when we ignore their little knocks,

kek

When we were kids,

the rule was no lights,

no knock.

Scram!

Correction.

First,

no one said anything about "burning heretics" and murdering anyone.

That's what apostates do when godly folk would rather obey God than them.

Next, since those are God's rules,

a follower of God would obey them.

Those not obeying God,

are lawless.
