Reminds me of Curt Flood, who actually argued to the SC that the reserve clause in MLB violated the 13th Amendment. Many MLB players who also hated it suddenly fell silent when he started talking like that. Flood, of course, said that they all abandoned justice and gave up the fight, when in fact they came to realize what a moron he was.
