No equivocation or mincing here. A medical person who knowingly gives a treatment such as chemo or radiation, that will make the situation much worse, while at the same time not telling the patient of other treatments, is a murderer, for money. Your argument sounds close to "I was just following orders."
The people who wear masks are the ones doing the virtue signaling. Their acquiescence enables and supports a great evil that is upon the land and people.
