How do you get started?
The "rainbow" like color of the astral body is true, as I remember waking up one night and noticed how dark it was in the room. I held my hand up in the dark to see how much I could see. I surprised that I could see my hand very well, then I noticed that my hand and arm were "rainbow" colored. Then I realized that as I was looking at my "rainbow" hand, my actual hand was still at my side and hadn't moved. As soon as I realized that, my "rainbow" body went back and I was able to move my "real" hand.
