Bodybuilders inch themselves closer to heart attacks every day. Serious powerlifters and bodybuilders push the limits of the human body. Most of the stress goes directly into the heart by way of crowding that space from enlargement through strenuous lifting (and yes, sometimes steroid use). Anything that would cause heart issues, especially the potential swelling from the vax, is a given for these folks to suffer from. Not surprised in the least. It doesn't make it any less tragic/unfortunate, though.
