The vaccine is all about selecting the people

Those who comply are showing that they are obedient

Some of them will be selected to go into the underground tunnels

Those who refuse the vaccine

Show that they have courage, strength of will, self reliance

They will be allowed to fend for themselves on the surface

To collect together communities

And to maintain society as best they can

The electrical effects that kill people

Are very localized like a lightning strike which goes on for hours

And moves around like a tornado

Only a very small number of people will die that way

The risk of death from chaos and disease is much greater

Which is where courage, and organization skills will come in

Neighbors who work together as a team will thrive

The solar flares will fade

And a new world will be born in which community

And love for your neighbor

Will be the main drivers of society

Meanwhile in the tunnels,

A different society is being formed

One which will work on lunar colonies

And spaceships travelling many generations to the stars

That will be a society of eugenics

Where individualism will be erased

When the ants emerge from the tunnels

They will march into the ships not looking left or right

No place there for Barry the Bee.
